Quick service, this time for transmission fluid. They informed at the last oil change that I was overdue. So I went in yesterday for that. They were efficient and professional, as always. I highly recommend.

Love the employees there , prices seem to have gone up and very awkward asking for tips , corporate needs to pay their employees at fair wage and not request tips . If someone want to they will , regardless. Thank you to the Ramona Staff!

Wait time was exactly as promised which was not too long at all. Service was very fast once I was in the building. Employees were so nice and efficient with their work. Very very thorough. Would recommend.

Never checked Trans, pwr steering, window washer fluid, air cleaner,brake lights, or turn signals. Brought my own oil filter because they did not have one in-stock for my 99 4 runner, and brought my own oil. I did use my 7$ discount. Was charged 49.00.

Service was excellent! Had to wait 10 minutes,but that was ok with me, like the no appointment needed, suggested other things that need on my car but wasn't pushy about it, will definitely go back to them.
