Update to a not so nice review I left a few days ago. Bought wheel hub assemblies that went bad well before the warranty. A newer employee was not trained in dealing with defective parts without a receipt. Mike was able to locate my receipt and do good on the warranty. This is the great service I am accustomed to with Napa which is why I stay away from competitors with lower quality parts. Thank you Mike!

I have been purchasing products from the store for over 10 years. My recent purchase is likely going to be my last one. I needed a simple fuel filter and I know prices have gone up but a $10 fuel filter that now has increased to $29 is beyond acceptable. I verified this by shopping on Amazon and was able to purchase the same filter for $6.50.. Napa has just lost its functionality in the retail market and it's being replaced with other more current shopping options.

I've been coming here for sometime now, and feel it's time to leave a review. Their staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. Their parts are overpriced compared to competitors. I'll go to Oreilly's before I go to AutoZone or Napa in town.
