Has gotten things wrong, hours are constantly changing, hung up to avoid talking to customers, now you can't even reach a real person by phone anymore. Last we were told that a medication a heart transplant recipient needs to keep weight on and nutrition up, was out of stock and would be in-stock by monday, we placed this order 2 weeks ago and still isn't ready, nor can we reach anyone to find out what's going on. At this rate I'd rather drive 15mi to go to the one in mira mesa or just not deal with cvs at all.

I like going to cvs for my prescriptions there I just go through the drive-through window and everyone is so nice that I really really enjoy going there when I do go in they’re all very very nice to me so I enjoy going to CVS

Since this place got all of rite aids people the service here has seriously taken a hit where it used to be easy to get your prescription not it's kinda like going to the dentist you know it's gonna suck but unfortunately there is no way to avoid it think where gonna find a new pharmacy where people actually know what there doing

App does not work and I'm unable to fill my prescription. When I try to call the pharmacy to straighten it out you can never get the pharmacy to answer your call. Have been put on numerous endless loops for over 45 minutes. Hung up on numerous times. This has been an on going problem for weeks. When I finally got ahold of the manager I was told they are short handed and can't hire anyone because nobody want to work for them. That I'm out of luck and nothing she can do. That I will have to come in and deal with it at the store. Sorry that reflects poor planning, poor management and bad store policies and operation. There are other pharmacies and I'm seriously thinking of looking elsewhere if it does not improve.

My latest trip to CVS was very pleasant. The pharmacy quick and when I went to pay for my purchases there was personnel there ASAP to fix any problems I was having. Nice store experience!
