Joe is a Saint. He helped me change providers, which, btw is not any easy process. It took three separate phone calls with the ex provider to get it completed, but he did it all with patience and a smile. Thank you!

I am not in Virginia right now but Ramona, CA so I want to give a shout out to the local Cricket store. I went in when I misplaced my SIM card when I changed phones. They looked through their box of miscellaneous stuff and found one! The manager handed it to me at N/C. They have been great every time I have gone in--polite and helpful. I am very happy with this store. I would've given them all 5 stars, but I rarely give anyone all 5 stars.
