I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Country Tire. I had previously used a different tire shop and had a less than positive experience, but from the moment I walked in to Country Tire I was treated kindly and fairly. Whenever I call Scotty, Kenny, and Jeff are so kind and always get me in right away to check in n my concern. They always give me all of my options for repair or replacement of any part/tire and I never feel pressured into a decision. As a single mama of a young children the care they show and kindness they show me making sure my car is safe speaks volumes. Definitely reach out to them and they will take excellent care of you and your vehicle as well.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Called their competitor first (won't mention names, but same end of town across the street) and very non-helpful or accommodating like I was putting them out.
So I call Scotty at country tire? YEP Bring her on in we will get her done ASAP! These guys are the best and their prices are always way better! I just forgot this. Call these guys first, and don't make my mistake by wasting your time calling their competitor!

They’re courtesy and professionalism during every encounter is much appreciated as well!

This place is fantastic. My car was overheating, and I didnt have the time or tools to repair the issue myself. A friend told me to check out Country Tire & Auto. I was told that they were good folks there, and they would be able to help. So I checked it out.
Firstly, I spoke with Jeff. The guy is the owner, I believe, and he was super friendly. I gave him a run down of the issues, and the steps I had taken to get the ol' girl up and running. He listened and didn't do the typical mechanic thing where the mechanic pretends to listen, then blows you off. He and his crew (Kenny) checked out my suspicions, and let me know their honest opinion. They made the quick repair without trying to upsell me on anything.
They also gave me some advice on some items that weren't crucial at the moment, but would need attention in the future.
The price was very reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Moving forward, I will be telling anyone and everyone to check this place out!

I cannot believe the fast customer service at Country Tire and Auto. As I pulled up I was greeted by Kenny, the head mechanic. I told him I knew I needed two new front rotors for my 2005 Toyota Matrix. Jeff, the owner quoted me the price which would also include new disc brake pads and I found it to be very reasonable. What really blew me away was how fast they completed the job. My car drives beautifully and braking is top notch. I highly recommend this place.

We have been taking our vehicles to Country Auto and Tire in Ramona for several years now. One of them was an old Lexus ES300 that needed a timing belt. The repair was done, but did cause another part (camshaft timing sprocket I think) that apparently had a hairline crack that had been undetected to fail. That failure led to me being stranded on the road causing a tow back to Country Tire and Auto. Although the failure was not their fault..and I was very upset over the issue; they took the car back, got a new sprocket and repaired it for me free of charge. They did not have to do this. I was deeply grateful. They own their work, they are highly responsible and diligent and they care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

I was price shopping to get a quote for 4 tires for our vehicle to see where I could go for the best tires at a decent price, with good service. I called into Country Auto & Tire, and Jeff helped find me multiple options, asked the right questions for what I was wanting in my tires, and was able to suggest affordable, quality tires. He got the tires ordered and we scheduled an appointment for after the estimated delivery date/time. After arriving for my afternoon appointment, Jeff told me that they were still waiting for the tires to be delivered. After a few texts and phone calls, he knew the tires were not going to be delivered within a reasonable window, and he knew I had another commitment to get to. He and his staff went over and beyond to ensure that I still made it to my other commitment and got the tires all completed before my next day road trip. Jeff and the guys at Country Tire & Auto are very kind, hard working, and deserve many kudos for their exceptional customer satisfaction service!

Had a rodent crew thru the wiring to the crankshaft position sensor preventing the car from starting. That sensor isn't in an impossible location but not easy either. Feared a horrific estimate involving removing the manifold and replacing the wiring harness in the hundreds. This shop was great. One hour of labor and they simply reattached the wiring with barrel connectors and shrink wrapped it to protect the connection (which I tried but a handicap prevented me from getting into the necessary location to access the wiring). Kudos to an honest auto shop. Would highly recommend and being new to the area will be taking both my vehicles there from yearly maintenance.
