I was in Ramona on a trip when I got a flat tire. Luckily, I managed to drive to this tire shop, and the guys there were amazing—quick, honest, and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes.

I came in to the shop needing 5 tires. The staff there were fast! They found me a set of in stock Toyo tires that looked great. The prices were great as well and below what I was quoted by two other shops. I fell like I was in and out around 1hour to 1 hour and a half. The staff were very professional. I highly recommend this place they care about customer satisfaction which is lost with most chains.

Got wrong parts sent was asked multiple times about the 4wd or not and they still got wrong parts it's the next day and I still haven't got a phone call 1hr before closing... Truck was in Thursday afternoon picked it up Sunday because no one called to tell me it was finished Saturday waisted to much of my time also to be giving my final payment of 520 on our previously agreed 460$ just for front rotors and pads.. told em I would only pay the original agreement be careful if you go they try to take advantage. Only go if you need a fast tire honestly.

Rip off alert. I waited 45 mins to be told 85 for a used tire with 60% tread. On the phone he said 60 to 80$ 3 cars came and were helped while I waited to see if they had the tire in the back but funny thing is the guy was helping me helped all 3 cars before me I will never come here again also it's funny cash gets a discount so maybe the tax board should take a look at their numbers

First of all you guys are awesome for being open Sundays. My wheel bearing went out Saturday & my tire was literally about to fall off. Even after receiving the wrong part and thinking they would not be able to get it done same day they did with an hour to spare and I can get to work tomorrow. Thank you so much!!!

We were heading out to camp in Julian for the weekend and had not one, but TWO separate flat tires on our trailer. Having already used our spare we were in a tight spot. Lucky for us we broke down in front of Mr. Canelo's home, and like a guardian angel he was able to send out a service truck within the hour, and put four new tires on the trailer. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced. Mr. Canelo, you saved our camping weekend!
