Fantastic place had my vehicle checked at another shop and they wanted almost $3,500 for a repair to the engine and computer. Had them check it out and it was nothing more than a loose ground charge me $100 for the diagnosis and the repair I couldn't be more happy. What a fantastic place couldn't recommend more. It's great to know there's honest mechanics out there.

Black Widow Diesel is simply the best Eric over there is very knowledgeable and can diagnose and fix anything when it comes to diesels. He’s got my truck running amazing and he takes care of me every time I come in. I can’t thank them enough for how well they take care of my truck so I can keep my business running. Ciera is very responsive and gets back to me and a professional and timely manner every time. These guys are so good at their job and dedicated to their craft, willing to do a huge job for me that should’ve taken three days but stayed open until 11 o’clock at night just to get the job done. Thank you guys so much you guys freaking rock!!!!

Local Quality with Professional AttitudeThere are many many, many, many, many, places I can go to take my diesal truck which is depended on to get our son and my family to his motocross events. The local Ramona family which owns and operates Black Widow is top notch and is extremely quality oriented. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!! Had some issues with my Chevy 2500. Eric was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle. It’s tough to find a reliable shop that also has fair pricing but I found all that and more when I was referred to the experts at Black Widow Diesel. Stellar customer service! Amazing work!! I took my truck here to get the AC fixed and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. They communicated really well with me and answered all of my million questions. When I went to pick up the truck after hours I had a battery issue that was unrelated to their work. They not only answered my call after hours but came back to the shop at 8 pm to help me with it. Really honest, amazing people. I couldn't believe how much they went out of their way to help someone who was a first-time customer.

I can't even fathom how awesome Black Widow Diesel treated me yesterday! I was having some problems with my truck starting and needed a diagnostic. After running some tests on His "TOP OF THE LINE " diagnostic system, we found out that it was just some very simple repairs that I could do myself without spending a bunch of money I couldn't afford. The business owner himself spent almost 2 whole hours of his time with me walking me through everything I might need to accomplish this task. And get this... "HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME WHEN IT WAS ALL OVER!!!" I would recommend Black Widow Diesel to Anyone and Everyone who might be having problems with their Diesel. They are honest, solid, down to earth professionals that won't over charge you for work you don't absolutely need!THANKS BLACK WIDOW DIESEL!!!You guys ROCK!!!

A few years ago I had diesel fuel in my oil. Took my 03 Duramax to a known mechanic in El Cajon and was told it was my fuel rails. Well that was misdiagnosed and their answer to their mistake didn't make sense. My buddy recommended that I go see Eric at Black Widow Diesel. Within 30 minutes and a few simple tests Eric diagnosed my problem. My head gasket was bad. The repair was completed to perfection. I'm impressed by the knowledge and professionalism Black Widow Diesel possesses. Now motors isn't the only thing they are great at. Black Widow has installed all new Kryptonite suspension that came out fantastic! Black Widow Diesel is a true one stop shop. There's nothing they can't do. There's also the most important thing about owning a successful business and that's HONESTY. Black Widow is not only extremely knowledgeable, but one of the most honest too. Don't think twice about going to Black Widow Diesel. Truly the best!!!
