Always great quality meat. You can taste the difference buying a lb of chuck. Service is a bit hit or miss it seems depending on the mood of the employee that day.

Every year I get prime rib/ 4 bone for thanksgiving/ this year did it again/excellent taste/always great service/ my buddy Joel simms recommended this butcher shop years ago and it is the best
