I like it, I left for two months, I paid more in other places and my car didn't come as clean as I like. I came back and I have more than one car which I bring here.

I have been a monthly subscriber for a year now and planning on cancelling the service. I have made some observations over the last year. I have followed people who paid at time of service and get a proper wash. They will usually spray my car by hand to get bugs loosened on windshield and front of car. Then when you pull up into tunnel, I see car after car get a good pre rinse and brush the car down all around,. Most of the time as a monthly (Most Expensive wash they sell) I get nothing, Last week I went through and the front and sides looked good but the back trunk, windows, and bumper was still dirty. After the pre-wash they press a button on the wall to pull the car through the tunnel. Sometimes I get the correct wash with the rainbow wax uv protectant, but most of the time they press the basic wash which basically gets your car wet. Not terribly friendly and definitely do not appear happy you are a customer. The vacuums and towels seem to always work great and towels available. Not ran like most Ramona businesses for sure.

Good car wash but I don't get the harassment of washing cars we are a country town for one and it's a dusty place it's getting a little old I'm paying for a service not for being harassed cause my car is dirty I live and work on ranch. It's getting old being told how dirty my car is I pay monthly anyways so idk why they are so obsessed of informing me how dirty my car is. They do a good job on cleaning cars and assisting in washing and cleaning wheels but I feel that I shouldn't have to deal with them saying come more frequently your car is too dirty. Believe me if I had the time in day to wash my car everyday then I would.

Vacuums were extremely weak and kept shutting off which was frustrating. Not a professional place although garnering the appearance as one. Can do it myself at the wash across town for less.

Went here today for the first time and was very satisfied! Service was excellent! Gentleman under the name Tariq did an amazing and detailed job! The place comes with free towels and vacuum! I also got a paper ma at the end. Thank you Tariq!

Vacuums were extremely weak and kept shutting off which was frustrating. Not a professional place although garnering the appearance as one. Can do it myself at the wash across town for less.

I love that I pay a monthly fee and attend as often as I like it is easy and fast to run through. They also have vacuums on site.

Great customer service. Quick registration for first timers. The kind gentleman even upgraded my first wish to premium. They have cloths for drying and vacuums also. Give them a shot!

At first they gave me good service and then they didn't, since they had the best car wash package and for that reason I suspended my membership with them.

Do not recommend Busters Car wash ?? I’ve gone there a quite a few times before and even subscribed to their monthly and today their machine scratched my car. And those scratches weren’t there 10 minutes before when i did some errands. I told them and they basically laughed at me , and said it wasn’t them, said their “old scratches”.. and pointed out all the other tree scratches on the car. I think i know my own car that i drive and look at everyday ?? i notice everything. At least own up to ur faults. Not to mention it’s a black car, easy to tell new scratches.
Also the vacuums are too big to get in between anything, towels r usually never damp enough either.

Normally they're decent. The last time I went there they decided to shut their machines off 15 minutes early. Maybe it's protocol I'm not sure. But to me when it comes to any business and when it comes to closing you need to keep everything operational until you are officially close
