I had a really great experience here! A couple of nights ago, my car wouldn’t start and so I called Auto Works the next morning and they said they’d accept it once I get it towed over. I got my car back the same day with a new starter motor. Melissa was great, friendly, and super helpful. She took all of the stress away and made the whole thing effortless for me. Super thankful for the team. I’ll definitely come back in the future for other car related challenges.

Very knowledgeable. They put so much quality work into fixing my diesel SUV. They replaced both timing chains and chain guides that were in the rear of the motor. They detailed my car afterwards and it runs beautifully. Thank you

First time at Auto Works, and I am impressed. I had a transmission issue and I didn't want to drive down the hill and wait 2 weeks. I was updated on the progress, given an approximate time for completion (2 days) , and they were right on time. Great customer service, excellent mechanical work, and my transmission shifts perfectly. The shop is neat and clean. The people are courteous and friendly. The cost wad very reasonable, and Travis updated me on the progress. I am impressed enough that I am taking my car back in a week to have my brakes done and new tires mounted.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for about 3 years, and what a breath of fresh air it has been to find such an honest and knowledgeable group of people! They have saved me money while keeping my blood pressure low. Can't say enough good things. They might not have an appointment available right away but that's how it is when you're good and everyone is finding out!

Auto Works is the best in town and probably beyond that. The entire staff is friendly and honest, and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need for a reasonable price. They don't just do the minimum and give you the car back, they make sure they have solved your problem first. I trust them 100% and will only be using them for my car moving forward. They even cleaned my car before giving it back, which really just put the whole experience over the top and made my day.

Amazing customer service, Good prices and a friendly environment. I came in to get my brakes fixed and a check engine light to be looked into and they handled everything phenomenally and even called me to touch base and keep me updated. One of the workers even gave me a ride to my house while my car would be in shop. Highly recommend this business, thank you guys!

This shop is the best around! I drive all the way from Santee to have my car serviced here because the newer owner Korey is honest, reliable, fair and amazing at what he does! In the past I never trusted mechanics but when I go to Auto Works, I know I can put my full trust in them to provide excellent service at a fair price. Worth the drive and would highly recommend to any family or friends.

This place is a life saver. I went in this morning with a bad starter. They were extremely busy and told me they might be able to have it done by the end of the next day. However they were able to replace my starter and check and fill all fluids by the end of today. I am so grateful for this company. They were friendly, understanding and very affordable. This will be my new go to mechanic shop. Thanks guys.
