“I took my 2018 Dodge Promaster Van to John at Sun Valley to have a front brush guard mounted to the bumper/frame. Not only was the estimate reasonable, but it didn't change, plus they did a great job. They even cleaned the van up which was an unexpected surprise.”

“Serviced: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500 Roadster For the 2nd time, John, Derek and Jake have exceeded my expectations with the customer service, professional assessment of problems and timely repair...all without hassle and with precise communication back to me about what was happening. This was, I thought, a simple LOF and rear brake pad replacement. Come to find out, someone prior to my ownership of the car, installed the wrong rear rotors causing the shoe, pad and holders to slip out of place. This caused friction and smoke upon braking. The reason I know this, is because John explained the situation very clearly and I still got the car in about 24hrs, even with special ordering the new rotors. All of this for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I can 100% recommend this shop for your auto service needs, foreign or domestic. John and his team truly go above and beyond. 5-Stars!”
“I have called Ramona auto dismantling as well as dropped by the business when I have needed a part or help with something. I have relied on them for towing services over the past several years also. Juan is fair with pricing and his driver Lester is the best! He is extremely competent , courteous, and experienced!! Lester has made every otherwise horrible auto situation into a hassle free encounter . I know my vehicle will arrive to its destination when he says it will, he is able to maneuver in some tight problematic parking spots , and he keeps his word when quotes a price for the job. “Update to a not so nice review I left a few days ago. Bought wheel hub assemblies that went bad well before the warranty. A newer employee was not trained in dealing with defective parts without a receipt. Mike was able to locate my receipt and do good on the warranty. This is the great service I am accustomed to with Napa which is why I stay away from competitors with lower quality parts. Thank you Mike!”
