This little gem in our mountain town of Ramona has the best staff of all the convenient stores up here. While I do occasionally go to other places, this one is my go-to DAILY for my morning coffee. Their coffee machines now grind beans to order and they have the best whip cream EVER! The store is always clean (including the public bathroom) and they always have just what I'm looking for. From getting coffee to getting gas, it is always an enjoyable trip. If you want to get your coffee from people that know your name and welcome you, this is the place!note: I just wish they'd bring back having unsweetened iced tea and caramel bugles! then I'd never have to go anywhere else.

Went here and got a Starbucks vanilla Frappuccino and got charged $74.98 that’s such a scam now I have to wait 7 business days for my bank to settle this matter never visit this place unless you want to have money stolen from you

First off I made the mistake I pre paid $15 on pump #1 when I should off been on pump #2. There was a customer on pump #1 already and I believe they stole my gas while I was there, or the store had a computer glitch either way when I confronted the store clerk and possible manager that were there at this time basically told me that I was out of luck and they could not do anything about,so I'm out $15 and someone received free gas from me. $15 may not be a lot to most people but for me it is.This happened on 10/10/2023

Generally this store is fine. But last night my card was charged a second charge of $175.43 when I got gas for my car. I filled up it was $45, next morning I see my bank declined the $175. Thank goodness. But when I went in to tell them, the lady acted as if I was a lunatic and said well it was declined! That's not the point! Fraudulent charges at thier station is a red flag! They should make that important.

Wife went in to use restroom. Older white woman, blond hair doing the bathroom, had literally just walked in there when wife walked behind her and asked to use the restroom. She was rude, and told her "NO, I just started, come back in 20 minutes". Wife asked "please, I'll only take a minute" she said "NO, 20 minutes" then slammed the door. My wife is disabled, and I will be seeking legal options at this point. Guy at the counter was cool but the old white woman seems to have power issues and has no business being in a customer interfacing role. I am reaching out to corporate and my attorney since this callous thing triggered at least two of my wife's symptoms, not to mention having to hold herself until we went up the street to another establishment where there employees are trained to be in customer interfacing roles.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in years. Grabbed 3 fit Gatorades from the bin that was marked 3 for $6. But was quickly told by the cashier named Lauren that those weren't part of the promo even though they were in the bin with the sign saying it was. She said she didn't know who put them there. Then I asked her supervisor Crystal if they can honor it anyway as it was clearly someone's mistake who work there, but she said no just out of stubbornness. I shouldn't have even had to ask, if it was me, I would have just fixed it automatically and apologized even. Not sure but it may even be slightly illegal to not honor the price so I'll be filing a complaint if that's the case. In any other circumstance of experience throughout my life they would manually adjust the small credit and then move the incorrect product out of the bin. Nothing of that start was done. I'll admit I was being a little indignant but at no point was I rude NOR did I act like a Karen and argue. In the end, both Lauren and Crystal just didn't seem to understand or care at all. My only theory is the franchise owner here is a big j*** and will penalize an employee for a small credit on something based on the other reviews here. My impression though was that Crystal saw it as a personal challenge. At least that would make sense. At either rate, I already sent a similar worded message to corporate via their site. Workers constantly running outside to smoke. Supposed manager always on his phone and smoking. Zero regulation of people parking at the gas pump and not getting gas.

It was fine the pumps were OK. They did stop you at $100 so you could not fill up more than that.

I went in to buy a drink and the guy that works nights was yet again rude as hell. He told me he was sick of people interrupting him as he needed to get his stocking done. He said-- selling isn't really his job. I told him if he didn't sell stuff, then he wouldn't need to stock. He really hates his job and it shows.
