If I could put -0- stars I would.I took my RV in to get checked out for an extended trip I was taking and from the very beginning there was problems.1. Needed it checked out2. Was on a tight time frame3.They told me that they would go over it and give me an estimate of what is needed in a couple of days .A week later, I called them and asked them what was going on. They said they hadn’t had a chance to look at it because of the Fourth of July weekend. Huh? They knew 4th of July weekend was coming up. Why did they make the appointment?I once again stated that I was on a very tight timeframe and how much longer would it be before they had an answer?They said that they would need to keep the RV until the 14th . I asked, was that going to be the date that they were finished doing the work or that they would be knowing what kind of work it needed? They said for the work to be completed.So thru this the mechanic said that 2 of the batteries seem to be malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. I told them to replace ALL of the batteries. They took out 4 and replaced it with 2.They also said that the inverter needed to be replaced. I told him to replace it. He took out a 2000 W inverter and replaced it with a 1000 W . He also cut out my control panel that told me everything all my batteries were doing if they needed to charge or not and whether it was running on the generator or not. And replaced it with a switch. And when I went to pick up the motorhome, the mechanic was not there, so I had no idea what that switch was for.When I went to pick up the RV And I tried to start it. It sounded like the batteries weren’t charged and was lagging. So the next day I called the RV place, told them about it, and asked to speak with Mechanic..I asked him why he wasn’t there to explain to me what he had done and what that switch was for and why my control panel is missing?He said that the switch was for turning the inverter on and off. I said well how am I supposed to know what everything is doing was just an on and off switch and I asked you to replace all of the batteries, and when I looked down there, there was only 2 in the bay? He said that wouldn’t be a problem to bring it back and he would put two more in it. Once again I explained I am on a tight schedule and they have already put me two weeks overdue.! And in the process found out about them replacing the WRONG inverter and should have known that my bus requires a 2000 W unit to work properly.I’m trying not to make this post longer than it has to be and I am leaving out a lot believe me! DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV THERE.Oh and the best for last,When I took my RV there, my stereo system worked when I got it back It was broken, and on the service report said that I needed a new system, hum really? They also did not put anything on their report as to the other items that I needed before I could take this trip. ALSO I took friends with me as a witness because of all the mistakes they made.

I have owned many motorhomes and just recently purchased a travel trailer from all about fun RV. I have been very happy, not only the service, the friendliness and when it came down to some warranty work they got right to it and took care of everything in a very timely manner. We also have a couple of friends here in Ramona who also have purchased an RV from all about fun RV and a very satisfied as well.

Life savers! Our brand new tent trailer roof winch broke while vacationing in San Diego. These were the only ones who could help out. They were able to see us and within half an hour they were able to manually lower the roof to get us on the road home. Great people all around. I highly recommend.

after several Mobil techs attempting to get our coach of of garage (2 1/2 months). we called and spoke with Chris and his wife at All about fun. not only did they go out of their way and come to house (they don't have a mobile service) but we're able to get slides in so we can get coach out of garage. same day I drove it to their shop for further trouble shooting! in no time at all they had the motor identified and replaced! these folks have old school mentally on how to take care of customers!! I'd give it ten stars if option was their. we will no longer take RV anywhere but to them. (and if u know Forest River, u know they are in shop more then in campgrounds!! thank you from our family to yours for everything!!

We recently rented an RV from All About Fun for the weekend. Since we live out of state, the preliminary contact was by phone and online. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally by Shelby. The RV was perfect for our needs, and a small issue/question after the RV was picked up was handled and addressed quickly by Kevin. We will definitely use All About Fun in the future.

By far the best equipped RV place in the Poway/Ramona area. Parts department has a very wide selection and they will order what you can’t find. The service department run by Chris is most capable. I have made a number of visits for repairs or improvements. Why not five stars? Only because small rig and certainly big rig parking is a challenge. Side streets are often necessary. Typical Ramona. Oh, and think rustic. Again, this is Ramona.

We've rented from All About Fun for years and have always had great experiences. The rigs are as advertised and in good shape. The staff is very easy to work with, and are accessible for the occasional minor issue that pops up.

If I could give less than one star I would! Purchased May, 2021. Kevin (OWNER) was verbally abusive (lots of cussing) and physically aggressive (throwing items and hitting door and counter). I was highly intimidated against an inspection and was discouraged against it since he does his own inspection AFTER the sale. After asking for inspection report April 20,2021, I still was never given one. I was not allowed to inquire or ask any questions without being met with hostility. Upon previewing, the 5th wheel had a green onan generator. He stated in a text "it was a waste of space" and "want me to take it out so you have more storage". I said no May 5, 2021. May 7, 2021 while driving by I saw it now had a black onan generator and I immediately stopped by to question the change out of generators. His explosion and outbursts left me in tears. His immediate text "glad you noticed the awning was done as well". More aggression. This was witnessed by employees and customers. One employee later apologized for his abuse (he was the nice man prepping the inside, he said he saw me crying when I left). It was changed out to a black onan generator that doesn't work. I have already had to replace the water heater. It still has water leaks that are being worked on. Missing a stabilizer. Filthy upon arrival. He was supposed to deliver and then refused the day of final sale. Shelby told me the day of delivery May 10, 2021, no delivery. If the 5th wheel didn't meet my handicap needs I would have walked away. The whole experience was a nightmare!! And he would only accept cash. No money order, cashier's check or debit card. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ANGRY MAN, KEVIN!!! HE'S A BULLY!!!

I saw a toy hauler on their website I had an interest in so I called them to make sure it was still available since I live far from Ramona. The woman I spoke with said yes, if it was on their website, it was available. First of all, 499 main st (which is on their website), is their repair shop.) Their sales lot, which we found accidentally is down the street. No one was their to help me and I could not find the toy hauler that I wanted to look at. What I was quite shocked at the condition of the RVs on their lot. They were all very dirty and in very poor condition. I drove to 499 main st and that employee said "they didn't have that particular toy hauler because they rented it out and it will be back after the 1st of the year." Their employees need to be on the same page with their information, especially when someone calls for information. This business is very unprofessional and I will never purchase anything from them with their over priced dumpy RV's.

I appreciate the efficiency getting my trailer in and out quickly. Had an issue with my fridge on a brand new trailer. These guys got me in quick and out quicker! Giant RV (where I bought it from) told me they were months out on appointments. Ready for desert season!
