“I took my car to get a brake job. They looked at it and told me i only needed front brake pads as the rotors and back brakes were fine. The estimate was very fair, so I asked them to please change the oil as well. They told me it would take an hour and a half or less, which it did. I found them to be incredibly honest and very good pricing. I will recommend them to my family and friends and they'll be my go to auto mechanic from now on due to their integrity and fair pricing. Give them a try!”

“I didn't catch his name but the guy with the cool mustache came through for me in a pinch a few weeks ago. I lost the key to my locking lugnut and had a flat. He came out to me and took the rest of them off, tossed me a great deal on a used tired and then did my front brakes for a really good price the same day. He had me in and out really quick and was just great. I'm not from California and was pretty overwhelmed at the extreme cost different compared to back home. He feels like a back home shop ? I'll go to this shop til I leave cali.”

Premiere Auto were also closing soon but said they would do the break work needed for my Ram, which was pads and new rotors for all 4 wheels. Pricing was on point. They got it done in just 2 hours. “I had a blowout on my tire on a Sunday and I called my car's dealership the following Monday to see if they could assist with fixing it. But they couldn't. So I called Palmdale Wheels & Tires after and I spoke to the lovely saleswoman who was extremely helpful! She was able to find my tire at less than the price I had found when I researched around. I came to the shop on Tuesday and was out in about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased witht the service I received and definitely will be coming back for any future tire services. “I have been coming to this Firestone for many years...I have always received honest and excellent service here. I took my car in today to have them do an alignment with a shim on my back tire...a problem another reputable tire company said they could not do and I needed. Their experienced and honest mechanics decided to first check my alignment to make sure it was done properly. Come to figure out I did not need a shim at all and my alignment was in fact perfect!!! What would have been a $300 fix turned out to be 0, thanks to their expertise and honesty...I would highly recommend Palmdale Firestone ”

“Came in for a rotation and alignment, one of the mechanics suggested i only do the rotation to see if it fixes the alignment. It did ! I appreciated them not pushing for unnecessary work even though it lost them money. Honest mechanics are so rare these days.”
