What an awesome experience I had today with the owner, my wheelchair lift was stuck and would not go up, I was in the street and blocking the driveway, I called and he came up from Acton, I never spoke to him before, yet he was willing to help me! He would not take a dime!!! He will forever have my business . Words can never express the gratitude I have for you, from the bottom of my heart thank you so very much!

I agree with a previous review that this place looks like a cluttered disaster with broken down stuff everywhere. It looks to me like no one really cares about this business. The workers at front desk were not knowledgeable at all but they were courteous. If I didn't need the equipment I rented that day I would have gone somewhere else. Last but not least, a few days after I rented from this place my credit card was used for several Uber rides, so BEWARE. I don't know for sure that it was this place that perpetuated the fraud, but it is the only place I physically presented my card in months, and the fraud happened a day after I used it here.

Always great service from this company. Rented a hospital bed and a powered scooter over the years when they were located in Quartz Hill. So glad to see that they have relocated vs. closing shop. After hopping a construction zone, same familiar great customer service. Kiki is great!

I was having trouble with my wheelchair, even though new batteries and charger the thing would not turn on. Richard came over to check it out and found the trouble right away, he resolve the issue, (batteries were in wrong).My wheelchair is now running again, soo grateful. All the people I dealt with were wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

My Husband went today and he says today he had the WORST experience ever since being diagnosed with sleep apnea. The receptionist is extremely rude she makes you feel like you're calling her personal residence bothering her. She finds every reason not to help you. This experience is the equivalent of purchasing items on Amazon without the good prices. They give NO support, terrible customer service and if the instructions aren't included in the package they won't help you. They're very unorganized. They've turned the parking lot into a dump/storage. The receptionist just dosen't set an environment for things to be productive. We dont understand how you can be in customer service in the health care industry and have a power struggle mentality.

The place is tiny, filthy and cluttered. Employee was napping in chair and wasn't professional enough to get up when we entered. I called in advance to ask if they had a certain part for a neubilizer and they said yes....drove all the way there and they said I needed a prescription....they couldn't have told me that while I was on the phone? I would not recommend this place. Junk piled up all over the parking lot. Not a nice place

Worst customer service ever. Very messy. Prices on internet are not correct. When you walk in the door they act like they don't want people there. Go somewhere else!

I was ignored, avoided, led on a wild goose chase from June 2018 until January 2020 for my scooter. In the end, even though my new medicare health advantage plan said yes they would cover anything that had been ordered and in process without a prior authorization, the Physical therapy office, and Nadonnah said nope they can't finish the process due to insurance. So, I'm still stuck pretty much home bound since June 2018 without a scooter. No compassion, no concern. Just oh nope sorry can't honor this order.

this is the worst mefical supply & repair business i have ever come in conract with in 60+ yrs my wheelchair is old & doesn't stop on break meaning they took my chair returned it after 3 months & my chair is still not operational again almost hit by another truck.... wow.!!! further they never called dr office to say they weren't able to preform repair due to chair make and age because they went out of businesses. they dragged this out for 3+months. beware stay alive

The owners of this establishment are just amazing to work with . My grandmother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and they offered their assistance immediately with a wheelchair. I am forever grateful for them for all that they did. *I highly recommend this place- Plus I LOVE THEIR NEW LOCATION! The business moved fro Quartz Hill to a new location right off of the FWY. Called yesterday 7/23/19 said they would call in the morning today 7/24/19 with time frame for delivery of medical equipment. They never called, I called in at 10 they said tech called out but sometime before 5 pm and they would call me back with a better time. I called at 2:45 got hung up on. Finally had the hospital case manager call, then I got a call saying between 3:30 and 5:30 pm (case manager says they said between 3 & 5). Got a call from the driver at 5:35 pm saying he just left the office and was 30 minutes away. Called the office, the owner stated her driver left the office 30 minutes ago and should be there in 5 minutes. Driver finally showed up at 6pm. You know what the excuse was because you live so far away in Little Rock! I'm not in Little Rock I'm in Lancaster! So 30 minutes late, no phones calls like they promise and they don't ever answer the phone professionally like a business should!

I went in to inquire about an ankle brace and while they appeared to be well stocked their customer service and professionalism is lacking. I left my information so they could verify my insurance and when I called back the following day I was told they were too busy to do it and would get back to me. I followed up 2 days later and they still had not made the effort to contact either myself or my insurance.
