I was a customer of this place, maybe a few times a year... rented a U-Haul or 2, bought some hardware a few times over the years. However, this morning at 7:15 a.m. (they open at 7 am) I went there because Lowe's and Home Depot didnt have what i needed (a coupling to connect a dryer gas line). The door was lock and a see the employee (older Hispanic guy... I've see him before many times) peeks at the door, then walks to unlock it...he doesn't open it, but cracks it open and asks what i needed. I show him the gas line and said I need a coupling or an adapter to fit this line to my wall. He said we dont have that. So then i asked if he has any gas lines that would fit...he said no and closed the door. So, I walked away and sat in my vehicle. A few seconds later, another guy with a landscape truck pulls up and is let right in...WOW!
A few hours later, I go back and walk in and i see what i need in the first aisle...then I confronted him and reminded him of what happened this morning. I showed him the part and said "you did have it" He came up with "I was cleaning the floors and didnt want anyone to slip." Ok, so why let the other guy inside? I asked... blank stare. Weird right.
Btw...the older Hispanic dude says he's the owner. He sucks

It's a generic hardware store, not a lumber store. No hardwood lumber available at all.

We called DE Wolf to rent an appliance dolly. The man stated he had one and we told him we would be there soon. When we got here he said he didn't have any to rent to us. We told him we just talked called him a half hour ago and we were coming to get it. And there were 3 sitting there. He said it's for the consumer. He didn't tell us that when we inquired a half an hour ago on the phone. Bad service, bad communication. Won't be back.

Wouldn't recommend renting a uhaul from there unless your willing to wait almost 35mins to get it. Poor communication and rude employees.

The owner at this place has a horrible attitude, I complained to him after he was shrugging at me and giving me attitude l, and he got all offended and told me, I won't sell stuff to you, go to Home Depot!His ignorance is laughable, never will I ever set foot in this place.

I went into this hardware store looking for a specific plumbing fitting. A lady that worked there opened a package to match up the fitting to make sure it was correct. When I got to the register I was yelled at for opening a package. I explained to the guy that his employee opened it. He again continued to yell at me for opening the package. Extremely rude do not go into this store

They pick up your phone and hang up without a single word. Something is not right at this store. They charge cleaning fees on cleanly returned Uhaul trucks and never answer the phone. So forget about ever retrieving any lost-and-found items from your truck or getting them to explain the random fees they charge. Hopefully credit card companies can catch on to their scams and report them to BBB and get their Uhaul license revoked.

The rudete owner sitting behind the counter really does not want anyone's business. No lumber at the lumber company the owner says it's too expensive and to go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Hi I had the worst experience at this uhaul the short lady at the front trued to rip me off plain and simple she tried to charge me for a cleaning fee when I left the truck cleaner than I hit it the guy who works inside said upon pickup not to worry about the dust in the back then when I returned the truck he said that conversation never happened he lied straight to my face that is the most pathetic display of a man I have ever seen disgusting
