They have 1 single employee that provides good customer service that works (blonde brownish hair n blue eyes). The dark haired girl plops in the mini office with the door cracked and texts and shoves processed food in her mouth. Esthetically great but I presume her family must own the franchise store as no savy employer would ever allow this for even a week let alone 18 months as I’ve been kind of forced by location to use it.Leaving poor feedback isn’t my style at all - Im a super easy positive, patient and understanding guy that’s just sure it was a one-time thing. Check my decades of previous feedback/reviews.This franchise is just sad due to negligence.

I am so thankful for this UPS store, they help me with all of my personal office needs even when I can't physically be there! The customer service is fantastic and I would definitely recommend going to them for all of your small office and shipping needs!

We used this location to turn in our phones. They lost one of the phones, luckily (after a very long and frustrating phone call) we were able to get our account credited regardless as it was a shipping error. We used their services again to return our internet equipment. This was also not received (and another very long & frustrating phone call had to be placed). Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

I have been coming here for a long time & it just gets better & better. The prices aren't bad, it beats going to Castroville or Salinas but it is the service that goes over & beyond! Lately the same person has been helping me. I remember her name, Holly. Well, because it is the season! She is nice, she is organized, fast but she listens & doesn't rush me. She is extremely knowledgeable & even more helpful. She is the reason I got everything done & on time! I highly recommend you use this UPS everytime!

Went this mor ning to mail a parcel, Jan 11 around 8 am. The employee did not wear a mask. The store is located inside Safeway where you ARE required to wear one.I asked her to.pleae wear one. She defiantly said " i dont need to."She ought to be told!

Extremely unreliable Twice about a week and a half apart during their posted hours on Saturday and a weekday there was nobody there. No note explaining - nothing. Complete no show. Don't waste your time here.

I shipped a package from this ups store. Come to find out UPS lost my item. I went back into this store and was told I needed to go online and file a claim. After hours online and making phone calls I finally did this. I was promised multiple times that I would be reimbursed $1,614 for my item. They told me I would receive the check in 2-5 business days. This was the first lie. Two weeks later I received an email that my claim had been paid. This is the second lie. Two weeks after that I still had no received any type of payment so I called the claims department. They told me that this ups store had my check and to call them. So I called and was told that no they did not have my check and that since I had filed the claim instead of them they could not help me. It was never once mentioned to me that they could file the claim, until now. Later that day they called me back and told me they show a check of only $200 that was just processed two days ago. So I was lied to again. After being transferred around 10 TIMES I finally was told the reason for this is because the teller from this store said that I claimed the item was worth less than $200!!!! I do not recall ever being asked this. So now they are telling more lies in order to avoid paying me for the item they lost. I'm honestly blown away at the absurdity of all this. Why are big corporations not held to the same degree as small businesses?! A small business would be ran out of town for this nonsense. This is literally how lawsuits start. Shame on UPS. I'm tired of being dragged around in circles trying to get the money I was promised multiple times. This company has no morals or ethics. Shame on ups.

The UPS store inside Safeway in Prunedale is fantastic. The Agent is always polite, professional & efficient. Her calm when folks lined up during Christmas mailing rush was awesome. I have a mailbox and can say without reservation that packaging acceptance & processing service is superior in every way. In addition, everything she does is superior to any UPS or FedEx store I've ever visited, whether it be copying, mailing, or processing AT&T equipment, she is efficient and professional. Kudos for hiring such a Customer oriented professional.

this store should open the front door so that UPS customers don’t have to access UPS while walking through the Safeway grocery store which is ignoring social distancing measures !I had to walk through the store to ship a package and the store was packed!Safeway had no monitoring of customers,no limiting shoppers per square foot like most public grocery stores. Most customers were without masks.No hand sanitizer stations, Reused cartsSafeway was packed on a Thursday at 12:30pmNo regard for public health!!Dirty store!Disgusting having to go through the store to ship a package!The UPS store employee was left to herself in a small cube all day trying to keep distancing from the Safeway shoppers, and all the strangersOpen the front door UPS Prunedale and distance your store for your customers!Do the hygienic thing for your staff and customersI don’t want to get covid19 from going through the grocery storeEspecially when I don’t need groceries and want to ship a package safely!
