This place serves not only the locals but tourists and travelers. The staff here is very knowledgeable of the products they sell and neighborly friendly.At times you may be required to be patient for a few minutes. These folks are here to serve you. Wear yer s#itty shorts and well - hello.Great local shop/stop!

Seems shady. Guy has "a lot of work to do." So I was rushed out. Not sure how I'm supposed to buy something without looking first. Terrible customer service. Also, not sure about all the work you gotta do at a smoke shop after 5pmNobody cares about smoke shop customer service though. Lets be honest, its about the smoke shop prices. Welp, another huge miss. They charge dispensary prices for their glass so there truly is no point to shop here. If you need a wrap I would even suggest hitting the gas station before this place. Everything about my experience screamed outdated and dry wraps.

I'm from England and went in this store for rolling tobacco. The guy there serving, tall with long grey pony tail, was unhelpful to the extreme. He didn't know, or claimed not to know, the prices of anything and behaved like I was a nuisance and didn't want to help or serve me. He was utterly rude. He actually seemed quite annoyed and made me feel awkward. He had to scan a few pouches for pricing which was very irritating for him and said that the American Spirit tobacco was 26 dollars, which I have since found out is actually 15 dollars having now been to the store in Salinas! I bought a very small pouch for 11 dollars but I am now thinking was over priced and feel I have probably been ripped off! I would not recommend this shop! I have always found American customer service very good but this guy and shop is to be avoided. I will not be going back there.

Absolutely rude lady. I come to this smoke shop for hemp and nicotine products quite often and the owners wife was just beyond unfair and rude. I had bought a hemp product from them and a day later started leaking all the oil, this product was almost 40$ and it completely failed on me. So I return to the shop the next day and tell her what happened and she basically said she can't help me at all even though I spent a lot of money there. And once I forgot my wallet at home and just brought cash and she carded me as if I was a child not a 40 yr old man with a full beard and mustache and regular customer. Get your business right people.

I do a lot of business here buying vapes, and I am cool with the owner. It's the owners wife that is rude and unfair. I go in and buy a vape, go to my car open it and right away I can tell it's going to die within the hour if that ( I buy a lot of vapes so I know). I go back in and try to show her that it's not working properly, she then starts arguing with me in front of other customers, saying that your showing me that it's working (again that's not the point, the vape is running hot, very little vapor is being produced and it's spitting back fluid). I try explaining that to her and all I wanted was a equal trade for a vape that works properly and won't die within the hour, and she said I'm not sure what your question is, it is working. I ask when her husband will be in and she gave me some vague answer "ehh sometime today, you can talk to him". Very poor customer service on her part, not sure if I will be giving this shop my business ever again.

I went here to buy a puff bar with my cousin and i ended buy 1 and my cousin bought one too he got a puff plus and i got a regular ( diffrent ones still puff bar brand ) it was all good and stuff till I went online to verify if they authentic and they came out to be FAKE!!! AND NOT GOOD don't buy from here
