“Their mailbox services, ($20mnth) saved our lives. Not able to trust our resident address in an RV park to receive mail and PO Boxes so expensive. This small mailbox works well with important correspondence such as Calfresh, welfare, EDD, etc rather than PO Boxes which they don't accept. Always get mail on time only set back having to pick it up from San Juan Bautista to Prunedale but worth it by far. Debbie your awesome ?.”

“I’ve used this particular storage a couple times and I must say it’s the best in the WHOLE county of Monterey and that’s because of the manager who manages this place. The manager here (Marie) is outstanding to say the least. She has great customer service when you have questions with top-tier professional knowledge! She’s just a all-around great individual, whenever I go to my unit she’s always friendly and down to earth, always puts a smile on my face! It’s a safe location, super clean and she’s always a little AHEAD of time to open the gate to the facility, which also is a huge plus! Definitely consider this place if you ever find yourself needing a place to store your belongings! Oh not to forget they have U-HAULS you can rent there as well!”

We would definitely come back if we ever needed a unit again. The office staff is great too! Popcorn in the office is an added bonus. Highly recommend!”

“This is the best storage in town in my opinion. It may be small, but they have restrooms on site. The staff is actually really friendly. Always works with me. I locked my car keys and storage key in my storage unit. Thankfully he was on site like he always is. So he was able to get the lock cut and I bought a lock from him one on site. Thankfully they carry locks. I was able to have the security of having a lock on my unit. He also opened the gate for me to get out because it was after gate closing time. Overall so far, a great experience with these guys here at all safe mini storage. Price doesn’t change either. Once a set price is set, it’s set. Period. I like that??

One thing I may recommend to these guys is putting something on each side on the top of the units. Just so people don’t crawl over and try to take other peoples things. Other than that, awesome friendly customer service. If giving 6 stars was aloud, I would give it the 6.”

“Never thought I'd need to rent a storage unit but the day finally came and I needed one fast. I was surprised how quick they responded with a quote and was super informative on what space they recommend. I had to clear out my garage so I went with the 25x10. When I went to drop off my things, I was really impressed with how clean the facility is, it looks brand new. Didn't see anyone around so that privacy while offloading was nice. I ended up having more room than I needed since the ceilings were much higher than I thought but still can't beat the price for the amount of space. Very easily accessible for big moving vehicles too, 10/10 would definitely recommend”

They are pros, cautious about making sure nothing hit the walls, wrapped and unwrapped all the nice furniture, asked where things belonged, and were so nice when we asked them to move items.
