Their mailbox services, ($20mnth) saved our lives. Not able to trust our resident address in an RV park to receive mail and PO Boxes so expensive. This small mailbox works well with important correspondence such as Calfresh, welfare, EDD, etc rather than PO Boxes which they don't accept. Always get mail on time only set back having to pick it up from San Juan Bautista to Prunedale but worth it by far. Debbie your awesome ?.

Came in today on january 17th. The woman in there was listening to voicemails on loudspeaker and ignored me in the office for like 10 minutes. She kept looking at me. I asked her if I could see if there was a unit available for rent, and she continued to ignore me and listen to voicemails. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Was told I had a unit for sure. Sign the papers Monday it's yours. so I packed my stuff up on the weekend only to be ignored Monday and then after repeat calls and still nothing finally at the end of the day Tuesday being told I don't have a unit that they had lied to me. Not a company that cares about people at all.

The facility is well laid out and in immaculate condition. The service is friendly and home town feel.They embrace you as a customer by supporting your business on their wall by artistically displaying your cards. Coffee is brewing at the front door and delightful little chocolates are encouraged while signing papers and saying hello to the kind and knowledgeable staff. I have used their services several times and happily recommend them to anyone who wants a storage experience that is courteous and above par in every category. Oh did I mention personable? This is why I keep coming back.
