“I pre-ordered a run-flat a business day prior and when my wife arrived to have the tire installed, they said the punctured low tire can be fixed and does not have to be replaced.
They did exactly that, did a good job at it, and did not charge us for anything and neither did they charge us for the run-flat that they pre-ordered.”

“I was Very sad when I ran into a curb and gashed the heck out of my rim. I didn't think it would be repairable without having to pay alot of money. I did a Google search for a rim repair company and chose AJ's based on the reviews and kept my fingers crossed. I made an appointment and one was available for next day. The communication was great and all through text message. Once they arrived the service was very fast. I also ask if they could fix another spot on another rim which they had no problem with. I was very surprised with the results and couldn't believe the outcome. My rim looked brand new. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with 100% confidence!”

“If there is an option to provide a 10 star review then I will make it for the US Wheels Repair shop.
Issue: Bent Rim on a Sedan type car.
A sound mechanic was assigned and visually inspected the damage and gave me a heads-up that it cannot be fixed permanently however it can be fixed for temporary purposes. Also gave me another option to install the spare tire.
Resolution: The mechanic removed the tire and took it inside and fixed the bent rim and cautioned me that this is to be replaced with a new wheel rim as soon as possible and he didn't charge me a buck saying that he didn't do any work. I was surprised to hear this.
However I tipped him with 20$ and he gracefully accepted it. I really liked the work and inputs he gave for the permanent solution.

“Ryan and his crew did it again perfect service installation of carbon fiber but guess what for free. I had to do some thing i tipped the installer and bought them a few boxes of pizza. I consider Ryan truly a friend. Generally it's a 300 dollar installation but Ryan didn't charge me.”
“These guys were great. MINI dealership recommended them to me. Luis gave me an estimate back in August for damage to the passenger side including replacing the door handle and I was a bit shocked at the $1500 price tag. But I finally bit the bullet and dropped off the car this last Monday. He said it should be ready by Friday. As we were leaving, he ran up to us and pointed out that we had a big scratch on the drivers side -- looked like it had been keyed. I'm not really surprised that I hadn't noticed because the car was very dirty and I'm not really obsessed with my car's appearance. It had probably happened over the weekend while out and about. Anyway, I was already there and prepared to spend some money, so I asked him how much more it would be to fix that side. He implied that it might be as much as the passenger side, minus the cost of the door handle replacement. I just decided to suck it up and get it done, the car is only 3 years old and I want it to retain as much value as possible. I didn't even ask for a formal quote or whether it would extend the time to complete the repairs. Thursday afternoon, I texted Luis to ask if he thought it would be ready on Friday. He said it should be by 3pm. Had to return my rental car around 1:30pm, so I did that, then called and asked if they were still on target for 3pm, as I would find something to do nearby for an hour or two if so. He said it was ready, just being washed. So I walked from the rental car place to the shop, and it was there and ready for me. Biggest shock was when the guy (not Luis, didn't get his name) handed me the bill, it was only $300 more than the original estimate. So $1000 less than I was expecting. How often does something like that happen? They did a great job with the color match, my MINI is a cerulean blue that I constantly get compliments on, but I have never been able to get a touch-up kit from the dealer for minor scratches. Highly recommended!”

“Carlos and his team at this Discount Tire are unbelievably professional and courteous. I called up about a rental car with a screw that punctured my tire and caused a flat. Carlos told me to bring it in and he and his crew would fix it for free. They refused to accept payment and not only re-mounted the repaired tire back on the vehicle, but also put away the spare to factory specs. Hard to believe service like this still exists. Thank you! “I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The tires are still have good thread and I was hopeful that it could be repaired. I went to Discount Tire in Mira Mesa and was expecting to get a sales pitch on why I needed to replace all my tires. My service representative was Mark and he quickly evaluated the issue and said he could get me in and out in 45 minutes! Not only did the fix the problem, they did it for free! “Based on my experience yesterday, this company understands customer service. The low air light came up on the dash panel, upon further investigation it appeared that a nail was causing the problem. I took the car to Discount Tire and was helped as soon as I arrived. The representative looked at the tire, and also examined the other three. He told me it would probably take an hour,
reasonable without an appointment. It actually took 58 minutes. I was figuring it would be $25 or $30. NO CHARGE. They have a customer for life.”

“I took my 2014 Acura to the dealership when some of the alerts were popping up. They said that the alerts were caused by a tire monitor that needed to be replaced, and that it would cost over $400. When inspecting, they also said I needed new front brakes which they quoted close to $600. I couldn't help but feel like I was getting ripped off, so I decided to get a 2nd quote. That's when I talked with Allen at California Motor Works, and I am so lucky I did. In addition to saving me money, he also was a pleasure to work with & had the work done quicker than expected. “First time at this location: Scheduled with Max through the call center on Tuesday. Had to cancel and reschedule due to work conflict (no issue at all.) Had my appointment (company appointment - Property Services Plus) today at 10am. Worked with Erik. He was fantastic! Really easy to communicate with, fun, super nice guy. When I mentioned something additionally wrong with the vehicle, he even told me it was something their shop did. I didn't even know that, saved me a whole trip someone else, and he bundled it into my invoice. He was able to add on repair work, service work, and the initial tire work I came in for and still have my vehicle back to me in just a few hours.
