They didn't honor the goodrx price, and they didn't honor the coupon price from their own rxsense website. That and they got confused on the prescription and a 20 minute wait became an hour wait. I ended up just walking out without my medication.

I went in to print a photo and the person with the long black hair seemed to be allergic to customer service. I would ask a question and they would answer and then walk from the photo area over to the main counter. Then when I followed to ask another question they would answer and walk back to the photo area. Seemed very annoyed that they would have to help someone out with anything.

I love this Walgreens & the photo services have been my go to since Costco's photo center sadly shut down...

I approached this Walgreens with some trepidation, having some memory of one of the pharmacists. What a pleasant surprise. The pharmacist and staff were friendly and helpful, and my med was ready when I arrived, only one person in line, helpful instructions, etc.

I went to pick up a prescription but as usual it was not ready even though their website said it would be ready by 20 am that dayBecause my prescription is not covered by insurance they keep not making it up and ready for me. It really makes me angry. In their computer they have to have my history of this prescription. The techs need to look at the history and so do the pharmacists. I get so tired of either waiting for a long time while they finally make the prescription or having to come back because don't have enough and didn't bother to order more even though they can see that I requested a refill! The people working in the pharmacy need to get their act together!

Why is Walgreens allowing customers to schedule for Covid vaccines when they know they don't have any available? Do better!

The pharmacy did not have covid vaccine first dose for kids.I had booked an appointment online .They dint give a call or email to inform that they are out of vaccine.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy always has my meds ready with a smile. I've been coming here for over ten years and don't see myself going anywhere else.

Pharmacy will not answer the phone.After waiting on hold for 10 minutes through the automated prompts and a never ending loop of hold music and ring tones, the call gets disconnected.

You call to speak with someone to check stock and you get into a loop of a computer voice and CAN'T speak with a human. VERY FRUSTRATING. They can't even pronounce Poway correctly.

I prefer going to Walgreens although CVS and Rite Aid are closer. The pharmacists are always knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacists that give vaccines do an excellent job. In stock conditions are better and the store is always clean and straightened.

This pharmacy is horrible. My doctor called in my prescription at 5 pm . At 8:45 it was still not ready and rather than get it ready associate said they could not cause it was too close to closing and told me to go to 24 hr at El Cajon. Way to be helpful. Lost a customer here.
