Purchased a cover for an older Human Touch perfect chair. They helped me to determine what would fit and what to order. Package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The premium leather cover went on easily and it’s beautiful! So happy with my experience and the value of the product!

My experience with the store has been worse than awful. Months ago I purchased an item from them that arrived poorly packaged, and badly damaged. Unusable. Since then, I have gotten nothing but the runaround. I had to stand at the post office for two hours to return the item so that their insurance claim could get processed. in the meantime, since this is taking so long due to their poor communication, they have closed out the return window. I now have only a receipt from the post office to show for all my efforts, no refund, no replacement.

If you want a brand new Stressless don't buy here! My Incredibly awful experience after months of emails is; when they sell at a discount, they sell "saleable condition" products. If you want brand new, buy at your local retailer. At least you can trust them.

Awesome experience! I purchased a Human Touch Certus massage chair for my wife as a Valentines Day gift. During my inquiry Manny informed me that he had new models in stock, but also told me he had other options available which included some “Open Box” models which could save me almost 50%. My “Open Box” chair arrived at my doorstep 2 days later (over 400 miles away) and was in pristine condition. The chair was still in its original box which included the owner’s manual and warranty information. Between the instruction manual and of course YouTube, we were able to assemble the chair ourselves without any difficulties. Although it was still a big investment, I am very appreciative that Manny was able to save us well over $3k. Thanks Manny.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I would have given them minus 5 stars if it was an option.
Our sales person Orlis told my wife and I that we would receive a FULL refund if returned within 30 days. We return it in 7 days and after several days of phone calls and emails we still had not received credit back to my card. After filling a dispute with my CC company, I finally received an email from Bruce saying they are charging me a restocking fee. I emailed Bruce back & cc Orlis that Orlis promised we would receive a FULL refund. It's been over 2 weeks and they both cannot even give you the courtesy to reply back.
RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

I have been repeatedly lied to about the status of my order and delivery. They are now three weeks overdue on delivery and are now shipping the chair across the county to their California location in order to ship it back across the county to me.... in Tennessee. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will lie straight to your face. I have now gone a month without a chair that I wanted to help with the healing of my broken back.

From initial contact with Orlis until delivery of The Perfect Chair 610 by Human Touch, the process could not have gone more smoothly. Orlis described features of the chairs I was interested in and always had a patient and pleasant demeanor. I had total knee replacement surgery yesterday so it was critical that I get a comfortable chair with the appropriate ergonomic features. The comfort of this chair is amazing and shipping was fast. I cannot thank Orlis enough for his assistance in the purchase of our two Wing Stressless chairs. After many bumbled posts on my side we finally got the paperwork correct and he kept me updated on the delivery. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend the company. Got two chairs in less than a month when other companies were saying 4 months.
