I'm torn about this review. When we first went in a couple of weeks ago to get my husband and I new phones, everything went really well. The staff, especially Stone, the manager, were very helpful and nice. My phone started having issues within a couple of days, randomly restarting several times a day. It was a known issue with some Pixel phones, so we ordered an new one because there was not fix for it, but it was still in the return period, so it wasn't a big deal. It should have arrived in a couple of days, this was a Friday, so I was thinking early the next week. I went in on Wednesday at around 4pm to ask about it because I hadn't heard anything yet. The lady behind the counter went to look but said it wasn't there. I did not think to check the tracking email that I had received, which would have told me that it was delivered at 12:43pm, so it seems like she didn't even really look or at least not that hard. I asked her when it would be here because it was ordered the previous week, she said Friday orders are usually there by Wednesday, which it was, but I just assumed it was delayed. So I left and returned today, Monday. The assistant manager, Roy started looking for it, but couldn't find it, then checked the tracking information and saw that it had indeed been delivered, but since for whatever reason, it wasn't labeled that it was for a specific person, they sold it to someone else. Roy said he'd have to order me another one, but they are now all on backorder until July. They were mostly very nice, but I'm seriously annoyed that they let this happen, there were multiple failures, and now I have to pay the price of having a phone that has issues for another month. Additionally, the female working there seems like she could care less about helping anyone and is a little bit rude.

I have to say it has been a long time since I had such a bad experience. Most of the phones were turned off. One would not turn on. The sales person did not know their products including which phone had which features or prices. She clearly had no interest in doing anything. She was so bad I left to find much better places. The are better stores out there for sure

We go into this store my husband and I for my Birthday the 25th of March I'm all happy, we are always in a good mood excited about the $1200.00 dollar phone I want, she tells us they don't have the phone in that store, I asked her can you check and see what else you have in the back? she did not even try to offer me an alternative! all of a sudden like magic she comes back and there's the phone I'm looking for S23 Ultra in the so called volt. I was supper happy, we made conversation with this girl we can tell she was in some kind of funk , bad attitude don't know what her problem was, it's not like it was busy we were the only ones there, but as the transaction went on she was pushing a screen protector for $30.00 trying to tell me I'm getting her discount! which I made clear I was not interested. 6:30 about to close at 7 and asked her to down load my info from my other phone she lied saying it's going to take 45 minutes, how can it be when Carmel mountain store took only ten minutes to download another phone for us? at this point I was done with her bad attitude, her lies, and her nonsense, I downloaded the phone myself, I don't know what she was trying to do behind the counter I could not see! SHE COULD OF BEEN TRYING TO STEAL MY INFORMATION FOR ALL I KNOW!!! I left and thanked her, I said your welcome, because she did not reply! and told her about her bad attitude was not appreciated after spending $1200 dollars in that store! She gave me the worst headache for my birthday I have ever had, MY ADVICE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..OBVIOUSLY THE OWNERS MUST NOT CARE!!!

Terrible service here. The worker was very aggressive towards me for asking for help on a phone sim card replacement. He did not really offer any help actually and just told me to go to the actual Verizon store, which he did not want to give me the address to, or help locate where it is. Don't waste your time here. Been here a couple of times and always got redirected to somewhere else.

Network in 92131 area code poor, dropped calls, call were intermittently missed. After two and one half months and multiple complaints I changed wireless carriers. Verizon was dismissive of complaints.I filed FCC complaint which got their attention but no solution found. As a long term medical business customer and multiple failed customer service tech support attempts I gave up and left. View my previous posts if interested.

A good experience was not had at this store. Really pushy salesman making unreasonable, illogical claims to try and scam more money out of me. I was just trying to upgrade my phone and ended up walking out of the store. Went on Apple right after and got a much better deal much quicker and with far superior service. I am considering changing providers after this experience. I cannot recommend anyone go to this store if they want quality service.

So this place is not a corporate Verizon store so what they can do was very limited. Wasted 2 hours of my time as they were not able to help me in any way. My phone was damaged so I was not able to receive text messages...they were not even able to accept payment from me for this reason. They said I had to go to an authorized Verizon store. What a joke. The staff was nice but I was really frustrated at their lack of ability to do anything.

Was booked an appointment from Verizon customer services to swap one of my lines to IPhone 15 and get assistance with billing and transferring lines over. The representatives name was Jaymill who said he had no assistance for me. They do not book appointments. Customer service lied although I was sent an appointment confirmation. When asked to speak with Victra the owner I was told I would need to re call into customer service and then they would have Victra call me. I live in Ramona. This is the third time Verizon support has given the not my problem attitude. While continuing to raise prices. It might be time to look elsewhere.

My representative was super nice and efficient, West helped with upgrading my broken phone, got me a great deal on the new iphone 15. Great experience with this location and West.

Andy is a genius and figured out why my daughter's information was transferred onto my new phone. He straightened it all out and my phone is up and running. Jaymill helped me pair my phone to my car. Everyone is polite and helpful. Kudos to all!
