Awesome guy at the desk this Friday am. He helped my daughter and I wrap a mattress to be returned to Amazon that was seemingly impossible given that the mattress was compressed when it came and we had to fit other boxes around it for the return. Thank you!

I stopped by to drop off several returns and had my hands full. A young gentleman opened the door for me, took all my boxes, and patiently waited while I found my QR codes. The whole process was smooth and easy—great customer service!

HORRIBLE customer service at this location! The little short white dude needs another job where he is not working with customers. He was yelling about being in the war, how he was the manager there so "good luck" to me if I wanted to complain. The absolute worst customer service. He needs to be in isolation somewhere, not serving customers. The owners need to do a review of his performance. I'm sorry if you are miserable in your job, or suffering from PTSD from the war you were yelling about, but get some help and stop yelling at customers. He was a miserable person and it was very sad to see this little person so combative. There are many places in Poway to get your mail and mail packages, this place charges way too much to have customers treated in this manner. There were other customers in the store, and two very sweet workers there just in awe of how angry this little man was. So sad. Please do not get your mail/packages here. They are nicer at the UPS store on Bernardo Center, not too far and great service. Or go to Postal Annex.

I needed a last minute notary done yesterday, went to UPS at Poway, Youngjae was there to help me. He was very quick and professional. I was in and out under 15 min. I recommend his service. Would go back to this location.

This UPS Store location is awesome! I've got a couple of times when I'm in the area and I compared to other locations as anyone would. I would have to say, without a doubt that this location has some of the speediest service, it has much better pricing than the other locations nearby, and the staff is extremely friendly. The service we requested was just to have a simple package to ship, but the clerk just waived the packing charge for us and just charged for the box and shipping.I would highly recommend this location. Located just off of Poway Road. It's very convenient if you have any business to do in the area!

Very helpful staff! I have watched the staff here put up with multiple rude customers on a consistent basis (seems to be mostly people returning Amazon items or internet routers) and remain completely professional. In my opinion, 5 stars isn’t enough for dealing with these angry/rude people on a daily basis. Thank y’all for everything you do!
