I had to cancel a membership within 5 days to end a contract so I asked them send a certified mail to my gym. Instead, they sent a first class mail to ME despite the shipping address being for the gym and it took 3 days. Do they think I live in a gym and I wanted to send a certified mail to the house? Every step of the process was incorrect and I had to pay them for it.

As much as you try to avoid showing up near closing time, it happens. But when you arrive 10mins prior to closing and they are ‘unable’ to complete a simple service it’s dissapointing.

I had a challenging item to pack — a large mobile screen with a long supporting pole — and couldn’t find any nearby shipping store that could handle it, not even the UPS Store. But PostalAnnex at Poway saved the day!
Teri was absolutely awesome! 🙌 She took the time to understand the dimensions and fragility of the item, found the right packing materials, and wrapped it up securely and professionally. She went above and beyond to make sure it was safely packed and ready for shipping. I’ve attached a photo of the final package — solid work!
If you have anything tricky to ship, this is the place to go, and Teri is the one to ask for. Thank you so much again!

The gentleman that helped me seal up my package today was so kind I was in a rush for work and I really appreciate that stellar service and courtesy I believe his name was Dennis thank you! Excellent customer service I will be back.

We came to make a copy of a fragile and old document ( onion skin paper). Karla was so patient and provider excellent service. Cissy and Denise were accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Went to get a passport photo, and it was quick and easy. After finding a slight, little weird thing on the photo, I called them, and they offered to reprint. Once I came to the shop, they offered to retake the photo. What great customer service. Thanks, Dennis and Chris. Excellent customer is still alive and well. Come here for all your shipping needs and more!!!
