I have been a loyal daily customer for over 8 years. I now am completely over it. The only staff there that works their butt off is Susan. It says the store is open 24/7. I get off work at 3am. So after work I pick up smokes. Well you guys decided to hire a grandma with grey and pink hair who has no idea what the hell they are doing and just stand there and stare at you half the time. She's rude and disrespectful. It would have taken her 2 seconds to ring me up after work and yet she refused. United oil is doing nothing but going downhill. Especially after hiring someone to manage the store that doesn't even know what's going on. She's not even nice to customers. She should be fired. I'm not bringing my business back to your establishment until she's gone. ZERO STARS.

Premium cash price is $0.10 more than Costco's and credit card price is $0.20 more. No long lines and on my way home, so it's worth it.

Every time I go to Poway, I tend to stop to get gas at United Oil because it's cheaper there.
