Came in to have the engine light and popped up message stating "check hybrid system, stop the vehicle in a safe place ". Also AC is not working properly. However, I was informed that an air fuel ratio sensor was the issueand nothingelse. That's just one issue but was told nothing wrong with the AC. We took to another place and the diagnostic was 100% confirmed that all these issues are coming from the "high voltage AC compressor" and it's affecting the system. I was disappointed that Toyota didn't do a good job of troubleshooting the problem.

The service advisor, Gustavo, was good to work with as he carefully listened to me and the service didn't take too long despite their very busy service department. I have been taking my Toyotas to Poway Toyota for many years and they have been very good to me.

I had such a great experience at Toyota of Poway the other day for my vehicle service. I pulled right in, and a friendly face immediately greeted me and got me signed in. The waiting room was comfy with a tv and computer stations where I was able to do a bit of work and then my car was ready early!
Also special thank you to Oscar Becerra, my service advisor for a thorough and efficient service! And there finance department was extremely helpful and patient, as I had been experiencing payment issues and they were able to help get me properly set up!

I love having my car serviced there, have been over 5 years now. They will work with you to get the best on service needs. Art is one of the best people I like going to. Recommend him everytime. Very friendly, will go out of the way to help. Communicate with you to keep track of your vehicle while being serviced. Love going to Toyota of Poway.

Update 8-27-2024: I can not thank Art for his help over a maintenance issue. The problem was found and fixed to their ability. My car is running well now, no problems. I really appreciate all the help I have received over the past few years. I believe that Toyota Poway has one of the best service departments I have dealt with the past few decades. Thank you to everyone and especially to Art for handling the service needed for both of my vehicles.
