Our dogs have never had fleas until we took them to this store in May. We had to take them elsewhere to get rid of the fleas. Also, our three dogs smell good for only 1-2 days afterwards, almost like they use dry shampoo on them. When we pick them up, the are dry as a bone. That's ok for two of the dogs because they have short hair, but the third dog has a very thick coat and never completely dries, even with the blow dryer. Never taking our dogs there again.

I come here for all my raw food needs. They are one of the few stores that have in stock bones and Co raw food in bulk packaging. I never have to worry about them not having your item here. Most places it would have to be ordered. I procrastinate about getting my dog food so they are a blessing. I have not brought my dog to be groomed here but it seems like a lot of people do come here to get grooming so I might try that one day. The workers here are all very into the pets I see them give the dogs so much love. It makes me feel good to come here and knowing that the staff here truly love animals. They also have quite a bit of selection of treats and other raw dog foods here. It's not too big of a shop but they do have a good amount of pet supplies here that are not ready available at other spots. Also their prices are very competitive and I know I get a good price here every time I come.

It's a very sketchy place! They employee people who have cruelty records against pets. Please avoid coming here. Really bad experience and bad people.

This is yet another former employee review. As I see others have written theirs which is a very good thing to spread the word about this unethical evil business. I worked here and I had to quit. There's a million reasons why but let me share a few very important ones. To start off with the care you leave your pets in when you bring them here, it's mortifying. Lynn is the owner. They straight up abuse your pet. I'm talking hitting, throwing, kicking, pushing up against walls and tables and gates, grabbing them by the neck, flicking them. It's horrendous. Your pet can have a full blown out seizure in front of them and they will pin your pet down and continue doing what they're doing whether it's blow drying, etc. - they straight up DO NOT CARE about the well being of your animal. They will "accidentally" knick your pet while doing the haircut. Except no it is not an accident and 4 out of 5 times they won't tell you they did it because it was on purpose. They're inhumane. They don't have fresh water out for your pet even though they keep it hot in the back. No windows, no ac, no fresh air... Which leads me to the care this owner, Lynn, gives her employees. You get 1 break for your lunch. Legally you're supposed to have two 10 minute breaks as well. But here she does not allow you to take them because you have to finish every single dog in a hurry. (We are bathers, not groomers). She will overbook appointments and there will be a giant group of dogs and she makes you rush through them all. You will be sweating and she will yell at you if you stop to rest and get some water. She will overwork you and you can't even stay hydrated. You will work longer than what you're scheduled, and you won't be compensated for it. No breaks, no water, no air. It's insane. If you try telling her to stop abusing a dog, she will yell at you and tell you you're stupid and that she knows what she's doing. I walked out on the spot in tears. The way she treats customers, if you ask for teeth brushing or nail buffing, or anything extra, etc. she will make you think she's going to do it by charging you for it but straight up won't do it unless you complain about it not looking like it was done when you come to pick up. She won't honor discounts, coupons, and she will argue back with you on any matter if she feels like she will lose money. This place is a mess. It needs to be inspected and she needs her shop closed down. This place NEEDS to be shut down. It's sick. Her and the higher managers are sick. She only cares about money. Please please don't come here or leave your pet here. Instead report them. Help get them shut down. I can't stress this enough. PLEASE.

Always have my raw dog food in stock and staff is very friendly. Only 4 stars because sometimes they're not at the front desk and you have to wait or go to the back to get them. A customer service bell would be helpful :)

The Buried Bone is the groomer the rescue where I got my dogs, uses. One of my dogs thinks fingers are hot dogs, so I decided to try them out. I was highly impressed! They only took about an hour and did a fantastic job. They apologized because Zeke did start to bite and they couldn't quite get the the fur around his mouth. But I think he looks so cute:))

These workers should be ashamed of themself!! This place is disgusting, right when you walk in it smells awful there is dust and dirt everywhere and pee stains. The workers here are very cruel to the dogs I have heard them screaming at the dogs and hear the dogs scream in pain. This place needs to be shut down. They charge so much for a hair cut and the hair cut looks aweful and my dog smells so bad. Horrible service. you guys have been reported

PLEASE READ!!!! TESTIMONY FROM A FORMER EMPLOYEE I worked here on and off for three years. This place looks decent out front, but it is a fever dream in the back. I'm talking animal abuse, sweat shop environment, neglect, straight up evil.Ive hesitated writing this because A) I worked their for so long because I needed the money. B) I don't want conflict with the owner or employees working here. I cannot stress enough DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!First of all the place is literally falling apart.. Rusted exposed metal, that I would often cut myself on, holes in the ceiling, skin flakes dirt and piss caked on the walls. Their is an odor when you step inside. That can be typical for some groomers but it is so severe I would often get sick. They have a mop bucket in the back, it reeks of ammonia, the bathers have to work right next to it. It got so bad at one point I begged the owner to please let me leave early because I couldn't breath. In the summer it gets so hot in their I would sometimes need to step outside to prevent fainting.They are not nice to the dogs AT ALL. Infact their are many cases in which they would abuse the dog (for example hitting, pushing against wall, etc.). One of the worst times was when we had a little dog clearly very scared out of his mind hiding in a corner. I took one of the leads and put it on him so I could try to lead him to the bath. He wasn't coming out so the manager tried aswell. The cornered dog snapped at another dog. He didn't make contact and this is normal when a dog is afraid like that. The best thing to do in that case is to isolate him, and try to be kind to the dog to give him a second to breath. Nope my manager grabbed the lead and hung the dog by it's neck for about 45 seconds. The dog struggled and almost died. This manager likes to call it "asserting dominance" I think that's a sad excuse for blantant abuse. Not to mention I would see dogs have seizures and panick attacks EVERYDAY! From being pushed to the limit. They over-book and you have to get every dog done as quick as possible, resulting in extreme stress and trauma.The owner DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES!! Many examples of this, but the final straw was when I caught a really bad case of Covid. I showed the positive tests to my manager and she said to come in the next day anyways. I told her I need to quarantine for 7 days. She insisted I come in for work several times during that week. They gossip about everyone working their, and customers too. And god forbid theirs an emergency or you fall Ill theirs no one to cover you because all of their employees have left. This was one of my first jobs and since then I have worked at a few other groomers and realized this is not normal at all! They tell the employees that they are the best groomers and other jobs are not as good as them to try to gaslight you into staying.I pray they get shut down. And I pray for the poor dogs who have to go through this!
