This is an understated burger joint. It definitely feels like a local hidden gem in its location, but has a modern steampunk vibe. Its casual feel is met by exceptional flavor and attentive customer service. My spouse wanted to go here and I was not sold. However when I went in I had Comar and Chris break down the menu, and talk to me like the most important person in the restaurant.
After deciding what I wanted to eat it was a short wait before what can only arguably be said as the greatest burger I’ve had in California. And yes I’ve had ‘The Classics.’
These burgers were so good, before finishing my lunch I ordered some to go so that I could relive this experience at home.
This burger is rich, but oh so worth it. Also the onion rings are so freaking delicious and the sauce, oh. My. God.
I wanted to write this review to give a shout out to Conan, Chris, and Swaygu but after thinking about the burger for the past 5 minutes of writing this I will be going there today to get a classic and onion rings.
Try this place, you will not be disappointed.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Swagyu burger. I wish I had taken pictures, but a picture cannot describe how very tasty this burger was. The menu isn't complicated. You want burgers, they have them. I got the half pound OG Swagyu Burger, and friends, this burger was a gangster on taste! First, the bun. Hey, what's a burger without good buns? It was soft, but held up to the burger's juiciest and the "sauce" on the burger (which was awesome). The burger patties were of the smash variety and well seasoned. The cheese was a fabulous compliment. There are fixings on the burger, but they do not mask the deep, rich flavor of the wagyu patties. There are several sides, but I got the French Fries. These are not ordinary fries, burger connoisseurs, these fries are major league. Crisp and slightly salty on the outside, but fluffy on the inside. They almost seemed like fried mashed potato strips. Whateverthey were, they were glorious! The place is a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. In this case a very satisfying meal anchored by a burger with a fantastic order of fries to complement. The highest praise i can give is, ILL BE BACK.

It was such a VIBE in here! The manager Chris was so knowledgeable on teaching me about the different Wagyu Beef! The music was fabulous and the greenery hanging in the dining room is a great added touch. I can’t wait to stop back!

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is incredible. I had the El Swagador and fries. Blew my mind. We recently had Tanner’s Prime Burgers on the coast so my bar was realllllly high and this blew it out of the water. The pork belly in the burger just melts in your mouth and the fries were well seasoned. Will return.
Service was fine, just felt like it took a long time for having only one party ahead of us. But hey, if that’s what it takes to make a good burger, I’m not complaining.

Best burgers in town! And the sweet potato fries are to die for! If you’re worried about the price, the normal/classic burgers are excellent as well. Great service and very chill vibes inside. Highly recommend!

The waffle cut sweet potato fries are to die for! Best burgers in town served with a smile. From the fresh brioche buns to the perfect burger char, Swagyu's commitment to excellence shines through. The beautiful decor and friendly staff make this the best spot in town to eat a burger! I'm going to try the milkshake next time!

Insanely solid burger and I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m near one of these locations! Chefs Chris and colmore kept the place extremely clean and made all the customers that came in feel welcomed. Easy 5 star!
