Took a sample of ceiling paint in to be matched, clerk had many excuses why he couldn't or didn't want to. 1st and last time I set foot in a Sherman Williams store. Btw Home Depot matched your Sherman Williams paint first try with their machine! Your customer service is totally unsat!

Terrible customer service!!! Got me wrong size and forced me to pay for it. Staff was rude too. Never again!
