Went here today to pick up a concealer I've been using. The clerk told me it's the old formula, which this store doesn't have but Carmel mountain store has it. I asked, are you sure? She said "yes, positive, I was just there last night". So, I went to Sephora on Carmel Mountain, and there I was told "no Sephora has the old formula, only new." For whatever reason the clerk at Sephora in kohls didn't want to wait on me, so she sent me to a different Sephora, and wasted my time and energy. Recommend Sephora on Carmel Mt Dr, not one on Gregg CT. Gregg CT employees at Sephora seem to be lazy and a little mean.

Went for the first time. They carry quality brands, and the prices with the Kohls bucks they give were better than what I found online. This will be my go to store for clothes.

Jennifer and Star are the kindest souls. I don't really like the Carmel mountain Sephora location because one of their managers are rude and give off bad energy which throws me off every time I come in. It threw me off because I asked if I could have my birthday gift but she said oh it looks like I can't do that for u because Sephora kohls in Poway already scanned your birthday gift in April. Ok? I never asked for my Sephora birthday gift at the kohls sephora. They gave it to me in APRIL which my birthday is in November so it was a good deed. But if Sephora in Carmel mountain had really good service I feel they would've just given it to me. But this kohls sephora in Poway kindly understood and still gave me my birthday gift. This Sephora Poway kohls really has amazing service

This Sephora is very convenient and located right as you walk into Kohl's. I'm so happy to have one this close to me, the workers are nice and they close the same time as Kohl's does.

I love shopping at Kohls and noticed they recently put a SEPHORA in at our Poway store, so excited about it. I went in with such high hopes. But after meeting with Landa, omg what a horrible experience I had. I was the ONLY person in the sephora store. I asked for a price on a item that was misplaced on a shelf for the moroccan oil set. She said she would absolutely NOT get a price for me. Like wow. She said I'd have to find the price myself, because she was busy. She was refilling perfumes and had her phone. Then she went off to talk to a Kohls employee. It was 9am. I like to support my local stores here in Poway but I don't think I'll even go back to Kohls again after the horrible experience with Landa. I ended up at mission mall where I spent 300.00 on all my favorite items. And ended up shopping at a different Kohls. I've never had such a horrible experience with SEPHORA before but she takes the cake as the worst employee ever!
