My original U-Haul pickup was changed to here at the last minute and honestly I was relieved. It’s a little out of the way but I had a very pleasant rental experience overall. Huge shoutout to the front desk who was incredibly kind and courteous!

I've been using this storage location for years! Had to do some rearranging and Naomi was so very helpful! Everyone is nice, professional and friendly! I highly recommend using this business for all your storage needs.

Absolutely the best storage facility in Poway. The office staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. It’s clean, secure, and even has 24 hr access if you need it. Love this place.
