I have been a customer here for decades. It’s a reputable business with new owner this year. Usually I have brought sewing machines in for repair, but also purchased a good vacuum years ago which runs great and hasn’t needed a repair. (Maybe I don’t vacuum often enough!). The service is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and highly experienced. Your machines will be handled with care and repaired or serviced thoroughly so that they are like new again!

Been coming to Russ and company for years. Great customer service, great products, I’ve got vacuums, rechargeable vacuums, mops, and sewing machine. Quality of the products are all top notch. I do all of my repairs and maintenance here as well and am always completely satisfied. Also if you are a sewer, Jesse is the best, he will keep you up and running.

Simply amazing! I brought in a near brand new Hoover carpet cleaner for warranty service. They almost immediately figured out the issue and able to fix and clean it. Highly recommended!

My 4 year old v10 Dyson was having some major issues with the trigger button and I thought I was doomed to have to buy a new vacuum but they were able to come through and fix it just like new! They performed a deep clean on the whole vacuum as well which it really needed. They worked quickly since they had the parts in stock and were incredibly friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed again. This picture is after vacuuming 1 room in my home after I just used my back up vacuum the day before!

We just purchased a Sebo X4 boost upright vacuum from Poway & Sewing. This is an incredible vacuum clearer, the best we’ve ever had! Russ recommended what was best for our situation and he didn’t let us down!

I've been a customer of Poway vacuum for 20 years and always receive e top notch service with my various brands of vacuum cleaners over the years. they did a great job fixing my Dyson hand held in a timely manner. I have dogs so can't be without a vacuum cleaner for too long!

I have three German Shepherds, needed a good vacuum and looked all around San Diego until I found Russ, owner of Poway Vacuum. He is just wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, honest and loves his customers and his vacuums. He listened to my concerns and suggested the perfect vacuum for me. He is enthusiastic and a pleasure to meet. He gave me the best sale price without me even having to ask. What can better?I am very happy with my Miele vacuum and will be returning to Russ for all my supplies. He makes shopping fun.

Russ at Poway Vacuum and Sewing really went the extra mile with my Miele Triflex vacuum still under warranty. When a couple of part replacements didn't solve the problem he worked with Miele to get a new one.
