I made an appointment and specifically mentioned I’d be driving 30-40 minutes to see a particular vehicle. When I arrived, they refused to let me test drive the car. I remained calm because I understand they’re just doing their job, but let's be clear—this was a complete waste of my time and gas. They agreed to the test drive over the phone but couldn’t deliver in person, which is unacceptable. If a dealership can’t honor basic commitments, they shouldn’t be in business.

Just had a very pleasant experience on a new car with P.H.O.P. - didn't feel pressured in the least, left feeling satisfied with the terms I was given, and the sales staff and finance staff I got to work with were very cool.

Jose was extremely nice and respected our wishes on the payment we wanted to make… when we got home one of the Key FOBs we have doesn’t work for our used 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. I bought 4 brand new batteries CR2032 lithium batteries (fits the aspects for the Fob) even tried the old battery In the one that works. Didn’t work. Called the dealership and got transferred to 4 different departments before I was greeted by a very rude person named Tony. Paul the next man I talked to was extremely helpful. Thanks Paul.

I have looked for a car here before and found everyone to be helpful. I then came back this year a full year later and ended up buying a car. Really helps to have nice and friendly people here. You may not make a sale one day but give everyone a reason to come back. Ask for Greg he was very helpful and the kind of salesman you want to work with. The management had to put up with a lot from me but everyone was always very nice and respectful. I hope to shop here again one day due to multiple great interactions with everyone who works there.

Went in for a check engine light and they told me the engine was bad and we're able to replace it under warranty. Something that another dealer didn't even try to do. The fact that this dealership did the right thing when I had no idea this was even possible with the amount of miles I had, will keep me loyal to them in the future. Honest mechanics are hard to come by and the extra cost is always worth it when you find one

Service Department is cheating. Told me that my cabin filter in in bad shape and needs replacement. I just replaced cabin filter before and it is in excellent condition.

Dealership and Rep Jason McQuarrie were both very professional so I can fully recommend them. My engine needed replaced and they provided a loaned car. Everything working fine now.
