People found a smooth service for normal maintenance with good demeanor, communication and speed. The people are respectful and professional, great interactions and a reason to come back. The people told the engine was bad and replace it under warranty, a right thing that keep the people loyal. Honest mechanics are hard to find, but the extra cost is worth it. The dealership provided a loaned car while the engine was replaced and everything is working fine now. People recommend Pedder Hyundai of Poway as a Hyundai service home.
