Want to thank the sales and service team at Poway Honda for their exceptional service and GOING THAT EXTRA MILE , hahaha ! In everything they do . This is our second time purchasing with them , no one can match their pricing and 1-2-3 easy steps . Service is great with a fast turn over and following up , I never feel I have to chase down our service advisor . I believe they just got a new General Manager , Camie Perez who came out to the show room during our purchase , she personally introduced herself and welcomes my husband and I . That kind of customer service is on heated of these days . Thank you Poway Honda!

I bought a 2024 Honda Accord from Poway Honda. My representative was Mickey. He was an outstanding resource in helping me with all the information needed to make my decision. I can honestly tell that his heart is with the customer. He believes in the product and it shows. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My partner has also utilized his services back in 2019 when he bought his HRV.

Ms. Nicki Chriss. Sales Manager at Poway Honda. Remember that name. Don't just drop in. Make an appointment to have her take care of you when you get there. You won't be disappointed. Let me preface my review by saying that I've always thought that the auto business in the United States is the dirtiest, most rotten business there is. Especially the used and new car sales side. I believe that close to 90% of the people in it are crooks. Mercedes, Lexus, and BMW are much better. Only 50% of the salesmen people and sales managers are crooks.How can I be sure? I took a sales job at a large corporate MB dealership 20 years ago. It was an honest-to-God set price dealership with relatively high ethical standards. There was still a lot of sleazy stuff going on. I left after a year because I was diagnosed with cancer. Fifteen months later, after I had recovered my good health, the sales manager refused to let me return. It was no big loss really. Which brings me to Honda and Toyota. Great cars. Really the smartest choice for rational decision makers. Unfortunately, and for reasons I can't explain, the sales side of those brands is totally corrupt. And their "finance" departments totally focused on getting customers to buy over priced non essential crap they don't need and or pay a higher interest rate on purchases and leases. My advice -- buy NOTHING IN FINANCE. Arrange your purchase financing in advance at your bank or even better, your credit union. In the majority of cases, those will be your best deals. Best leases are available through the dealer. Just make sure you are placed and charged in the credit tier you deserve. Know your credit rating before you go car shopping. So, what do you do in this landscape of liars and thieves? Well, when you want to buy or lease a new Honda in San Diego, there is an oasis of integrity in Poway at Poway Honda. More specifically, there is one person to deal with who will not cheat you or pull some kind of dishonest stunt. Ms. Niki Chriss. She's the person you want to deal with. Call her up and explain what you are looking for whether you are ready to buy or lease immediately OR just trying decide what you want. DO NOT JUST WALK INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND LET ANY RANDOM SALES PERSON ENGAGE WITH YOU!Why? Because when you start to work with Niki later on, she will have to split her commission with the person you first spoke to. That's just the rule in the car business. Call and speak with Niki on the phone. She is smart, honest, and has excellent communication skills. Niki will have every thing set up for you when you get to your appointment. It will save you lots of time and stress. Buying a new car should be enjoyable. It's usually not because car salespeople and their managers are devious manipulating creeps. That's why as a rule I can't stand car salespeople. But Niki stands out as an intelligent, ethical exception. Other tips. Know your credit score. BE ON TIME. Be respectful. Niki will do a great job for you, if you let her. It's a tough business. Don't make her work for half pay. Tell her you read Peter's review and that's why you picked her to work with.

This review is overdue... But I just made my first payment today on SUV I recently purchased & wanted to write about my experience at Poway Honda. My sales professionals were both Gabe and Luis. Absolutely no pressure techniques used. Just super helpful/truthful and gave me solid answers on questions I had on the vehicle. Ryan is the finance manager. Sharp individual. He got me a better rate from a car loan I had ready to go at a good credit union to another one.James, sales manager and Brittany, finance were great as well in helping to get things done as fast and easy as possible.Poway Honda made it happen. They've expanded the service bays and work is very good.The waiting area is ho-hum. Not very fancy but nothing bad about it. Better than some other Honda service rooms, but not as special as some other dealers I've seen.

I have been a loyal customer since 2011 and Dane Long is the best service advisor I have ever had! I brought my Honda CRV in twice in less than a week. Initially I needed an oil change then a new battery. I called AAA for a jump and drove straight to Honda 10 minutes before closing. Dane saw me pull up, had me purchase a battery and it was immediately installed. I am so grateful for Dane's prompt service and how he takes care of his clients! When Dane says don't worry, I'll take care of you he certainly does. I highly recommend Poway Honda and Dane Long as a service advisor.

OK let me say they say all the right things and are nice to you, but how much do they really care? Took care in for a check up oil change. They checked battery and said it was good. A week later, I'm stranded with a dead battery and no compensation. As far as I'm concerned they checked the box but did not check the battery

I had a great experience purchasing my new car. My salesman Mickey was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Only drawback was that it took a long time, but I think that was internet/computer issues. I would definitely recommend this location for a new vehicle.

Mickey Perez greeted my family and I with a warm hello and smile then he showed us the 2 vehicles we were interested in. My wife picked the color and we decided on the CRV Hybrid Sport. The very next day Mickey came in on his day off to finish the paperwork process. Ryan offered us a 10 year extended warranty for a good price that we expected. Mickey showed me how to use the car with all of its features. Then he walked me over to the parts department where we purchased all weather mats and a cargo liner. My wife loves her new car and so do our children Bella and MJ. I drove the car to work tonight and it was raining when I left work, the heated seats warmed me up and the headlights our amazing they light up 180 degrees of the road. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Mickey for taking great care of us throughout the process. Mickey deserves a raise!

The service I received was great! The service advisor was also very helpful and kind. I appreciated that the maintenance service was completed in a timely fashion. I liked that the waiting room was also organized and had refreshments. It was comfortable for me to work remotely from my laptop while waiting for the service to be completed.

Outstanding Service! Raj, James and Ryan. All stood by me as I made my final decision. Raj literally did this from 1130am -830pm. My 4th purchase from here. The service department also has wonderful service. AL has been so attentive for many years now. If there is one thing I can say about this dealership company, It would be Honest. This is how I like to initiate business when making a large financial decision. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended and honored to have made my purchase with these 3 gentlemen.

Service advisor very courteous to customer. Service completed within time promised.Coffee and creamer are plentiful. Premises cleaned.I have a question for Poway Honda why did you stop washing the cars after service? My Ridgeline was not washed after service
