After our escrow was canceled Tom the owner was kind enough to give us our deposit back even after the carpet was ordered when he didn't have to. This is a standup guy and a standup company. The product is great too. We will be referring all our family and friends here.

My experience with Tom was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about carpeting. He was very informative, respectful and genuine/honest in assisting us with carpet selection. I will refer anyone who needs carpet to him.

Tom is the best. I manage multiple properties and I always use Poway carpets for my flooring needs.
