“Mark, the manager, provided me with stellar customer service this morning.My painters goofed and used the wrong sheen (flat) on my kitchen walls. So I pointed to the satin and they apologized. However, now I needed a replacement can of flat, so I quickly drove over to Dunn Edwards and got one gallon of flat.Then the painters told me they needed another gallon of satin since they had put that on the ceiling. So, I made a second trip to Dunn Edwards that morning and Mark immediately recognized me and offered his assistance despite being short staffed. I was stressed and frustrated, but Mark made it better by providing me quick service with a smile. Thank you Mark!”

“Staff was really helpful and knowledgeable! I went in not knowing exactly what all I would need, but they set me straight. All the information I could ever need for painting over the damage on my bumper was explained to me, and directions were provided on some packets. So I went from not knowing anything, to feeling pretty confident about fixing the damage. The pricing was also pretty reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to do some DIY paint repair.”
