Very grateful for the fabulous work that PadPrint USA, did for me. They were recommended by another local company as being able to handle high volumes and fast turn around and there were right. Aside from that the job was done with great care, I was completely satisfied and the owners are support kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend you Pad Print USA.

Lorenzo MTAGreat laser engraving, I got more than 350 tools engraved with them and they turned out great. They were able to come up with something amazing with very little guidance and in a short period of time, so I highly recommend this business.

If I could give zero starts I would. The daughter of the owner messaged me through Yelp to tell me that this place would Never do what I posted in the review. REALLY! I have the pictures attached and yes it was at this place. Kimberly, YOU WERE NOT PRESENT. Stop harassing me!!!!! Please stay clear from this place. I had contracted a company called let it ride design for my wedding favors (glass etching with a custom design) This place not only made the design really small on our glass to the point where some of it was not legible (we clearly told them we wanted it as big as possible on the glass) but also stained some of our glass with un removable finger print stains that are clearly visible (even though they tried to tell us you can't really see it!) and had glasses where the design was not etched on correctly and they also told us it was the glasses fault when the glasses are perfect, no irregularities or odd shaped. All in all, it was the sloppiest job I have ever seen, they do not want to admit any fault of there own doing and just Love placing blame on everything and everyone else but themselves. Save yourself from the frustration and headaches and don't do business with either of these places!

Michael and Stephen are great! I came in with a Project that was done elsewhere but wasn't able to use. I explained to them the project, the issues and my expectations. They did exactly just that. I understand they usually do large commercial orders but are willing to help out with DIY personal projects. I appreciate these gentlemen very much.

As a daughter of a small business owner, I know that mistakes happen. Sometimes more often than we'd like. But it's all about being accountable and rectifying the issue. It was evident that Steven (the owner), needed the petty cash more than he needed a customer. I am very disappointed with the way Steven handled the situation and I would not recommend Pad Printing USA.

As a daughter of a small business owner, I know that mistakes happen. Sometimes more often than we'd like. But it's all about being accountable and rectifying the issue. It was evident that Steven (the owner), needed the petty cash more than he needed a customer. I am very disappointed with the way Steven handled the situation and I would not recommend Pad Printing USA. I contacted Michael for a quote for printing our logo on mugs in bulk, the process seemed very smooth until I called to check on the status after they had them for two weeks, they quickly sent me a proof where our logo was off-centered and not the size we discussed. Michael then told me they do not have the proper equipment to print on rounded objects (mugs). I am still unclear on why this was not stated up front and why he said he could complete this project if in fact he could not. I immediately called and explained my frustration on why this was not stated up front and told him I would be in this afternoon to pick up my mugs. I received a call back from Steven demanding that I pay him $36 when I pick up the mugs. After a very rude and frustrating conversation I agreed to pay the $36 in order to get my mugs back. This was the point that it was clear that Steven needed the petty cash more than he needed a customer or a future referral. I was referred the to PAD Print USA by Let It Ride design. I regret giving this company the benefit of the doubt based on their only other yelp review. The common denominator is that they do not hold themselves accountable. I agree with Jeanisa, save yourself from the frustration and headaches and don't do business with PAD Print USA.
