Sold over list price, required no advance home repairs, and John was personally involved in every step or the process...even when other agents would "be too busy to ensure the process was perfect", John was there. John was there with expert zero-cost staging advice. John was there for every home showing. John was at every walkthrough, every inspection, and at the Appraisal visit. I was so de-stressed once John became part of the process, my wife and I started new evening celebrations. That is de-stressed. Don't cut yourself short by using an Agent with 20+ reviews. John is a full service realtor. From listing our home to post move-in at our new home, John was there every step of the way! Professional and caring, John worked tirelessly to make the home selling/buying process easy for us. And, he continues to check in on us long after our sale was complete.... like a true friend .
