this is the worst nail place ever. the owner and workers are extremely rude. this place should go out of buisness. The vibe here is awful and so are the nails I asked if i could fix a broken nail because it broke the day after i got my nails done at this place and they said they couldn't do it for no reason. terrible service never coming here again

I just wanna preface this by saying this is now my 4th time coming to this specific salon. Normally the nails are mid but I kept returning because the prices aren’t too bad however, I just got a full set of acrylics, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the nail salon. There were many things wrong with my experience, but the main one was the customer service. I was getting the powder put on and she didn’t put it all the way down to my cuticles. She almost put it halfway up which if you get acrylics you know how wrong that is. When I pointed it out to her, she only told me know that she’ll cover it with gel nail polish. I was very upset, but I let it go thinking that if one of them fell off within the week they would redo it for free. Secondly, whenever she wanted me to adjust my hand, she would just grab my fingers and shake my hand instead of asking me to move. She also was trying to see what I was doing on my phone, the entire time and anytime I tried to pick up my phone she straight up told me no and that she needs both hands even though she didn’t. I’m not the type to just sit on my phone and ignore someone but I should be able to return a quick text without feel like I’m getting scolded. The lady who was doing my nails was Holly herself so I was very disappointed with the whole experience. Overall, I will not be returning to nails by holly.

4-star pedicure, 1-star manicure. The pedicure was lovely, just took off a star for cleanliness and price. Now, the manicure: My nails were jagged by the time I left and I had to complete the job myself at home. The paint job was messy, but the worst part is that the lady who did the manicure had dip dust or nail dust all over her and ground it into my skin when she applied lotion. It was also all over the table. It was honestly disgusting. I would not return.Services: Pedicure

I have been coming here since last year and Chao's work is too notch! Holly and the rest of the team also do great work. Pedicures are enjoyable and relaxing and the customer service is one of a kind. Chao has turned me into a life time customer ad her attention to detail and perfectionist approach to her work shows the love for her craft.

I walked into this place Sunday. Did my nail gel manicure. She did good but, She did grind my skin accidentally. I know it’s accident, and she was apologetic. The thing is I’m in so much pain right now it’s like on fire pain. It’s infected have to cancel my kickboxing cuz I can’t grip the boxing glove’s due to the pain. Please Please be careful with your machine.

My daughter came in to get white gel nails with glitter polish on top. The lady told her no and did glitter only not looks like a two year old did it! It's over the skin and some of the nail not even painted! So disappointed. I called and went off. They need to listen to the customer! Update: I called and yelled (mommy mode) anyways came back got it fixed the lady that answered phone apologized and offered to redo it. She didn't do what she wanted in the end but it's getting done now. Hopefully without missing spots along the sides or all over her fingers

GREAT EXPERIENCE I have been coming to Nails by Holly since 2008. Through the years this business has continued to show that they care about what I'm looking for out of my experience. I have Received services such as gel nail polish, regular nail polish, full set, French tip, French tip Acrylic nails, dip powder, and pedicures from just the basic to the royal deluxe. I have also received Brow waxing services, and when everything is finished I leave feeling great, and looking great. The prices haven't changed much through the years and remain reasonable in my opinion; which is part of the reason why I keep coming back. Even through the pandemic and crisis that it caused many businesses to crash; Holly and her beautiful nail shop stand out and stand strong :-) Thank you Holly and Chao for the great nail and brow service

I have been getting my nails done here for years. I have always had a great experience. I mostly get gel pedicures but have also gotten manicures as well. I have loved the way my nails have turned out every single time!
