Mobile Mini may be the worst company we've interfaced with. Not only is the customer service horrific, but the quality of their modular office product is subpar. The electrical panels were set up improperly, the service technicians they sent out were not qualified electricians, and when they finally sent someone out that knew electricity, he admitted Mobile Mini recently merged with another corporation, and Mobile Mini is inept at setting the storage units up properly with the right power infrastructure. After two and a half months of trying to make this work, we still do not have power, we have yet to receive a call back from the area manager as evidently he is on vacation while our ministry endeavors evaporate into thin air while people suffer from sickness and public health ailments. Not only has this been an intense waste of time, but it has been hard on our family as we have lost countless work hours and ministry activities because of the lack of communication and engagement from Mobile Mini.Beware, you will have gum all over you shoes trying to work with this company. They will leave you high and dry.

Good service and product. Be aware when returning the unit that the company will try to charge for cleaning and paint fees even months after pick up. I had the driver of the company inspect it and sign over the condition report. Company now is Threatening to send to collections... Rejina was the person to trying to collect.

My company has been renting 20 foot and 10 foot storage boxes for over a decade from Mobile Mini. We had one that was on rent for 5 years and asked for a cost to purchase it. Mobile Mini wanted $3,100.00 for 9 year old beat up box. I can buy a 1 trip box that was made in 2017 for $3150.00 delivered (excellent/ new condition). Mobile mini is not a company that works with its customers and it takes advantage of people who aren't savvy with buying/ renting shipping containers. Call a local company or look at Craigslist for better options and pricing.
