Such a wonderful organization! I could not recommend more! Carlee helped me feed my son and bond with him! My son was in the NICU for a few days so I thought I would never get breastfeeding down! At Mamas & Milk, we aim to deepen the connection between intended, expectant, and new parents and their babies through Lactation Support, Yoga, and Birth Story Listening. Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) work with families to feed and care for their babies with both private consultations and peer support groups. Our Certified Yoga Instructors work with movement to create space in the body and in life.
We are now In-Network Providers for AETNA PPO, Anthem PPO, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, PNOA, Multiplan, and UCSD Managed Care.
