Prices are outrageous they have come up with new tactics to rip you off, saw one of the employees stick his hand down a customers pants to retrieve a small plastic part, this location has taken all the fun out of going to the junkyard, you can order new parts for about the same price as the yard is selling them for what is even the point?

Website is for investors? I just wanted to look up a part but I guess the website no longer works so I can't look up inventory or prices! Also they have more than doubled admission fees now at $5 just to get in and they automatically add a warranty on everything... just go somewhere else, it's cheaper and the parts are already pulled off. I used to love pick a part yards but I can see why they have already shut down a bunch and I don't see this one lasting long

I buy my used car parts from here with no complaints. Excellent customer service as well. You have to wait about 5 days usually to get the parts but that doesn't bother me.

Totally surprised by the fact I waited patiently while the front desk guy got done with a very long phone call, I should add. When he was done he started to help me. Then without warning he started taking more phone calls. At first I thought he needed to do something real quick. But no. After 10 minutes of this. It became apparent. I was being ignored. Maybe this is just a call center? But that fact was not indicated to me at any point. The Person who was at the reception desk has ZERO customer service skills or common conversational etiquette. In-fact I'm leaning toward autistic or social ineptitude. It was surreal to say the least.

DONT EVER COME HERE OR YOURE GOING TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT!! Absolute crappy service! I called to inquire about a part, the rude guy was very impatient on the phone and was rushing off, then told me the only way to place an order is in person. I drove for 30 minutes!! I walked in and no one acknowledged that I was at the counter ( I was the only customer there). TEN minutes later the guy at the counter who kept continuously taking phone calls right in front of me said he is too busy taking calls and cannot help me. I waited another 5 minutes and the guy kept taking new incoming calls without even wondering what I needed. I simply needed to order a part but the workers there are extremely rude, cocky, arrogant with a shruggish attitude - when asked the guy how long I had to wait to place an order he ignored me so I walked out.

I want to thank you guys for helping us out between the Colorado location, Los angelos and your store, you all worked together to fix our issue with my daughter needing the right engine. Long story short, we ordered an engine out of colorado via ebay and selected the wrong one. You were kind to work with us as we came in the Poway office for payment to the neew correct engine, and not only got our engine shipped to the mechanic, but returned the worng one and took our CORE engine at no additional shipping cost.
