“Came here today and it was a very inviting store/deli. Clean and welcoming! The only suggestions I have is to lower the price for the sandwiches, way too expensive. We can go to Subway and get a huge 12 foot sub for less. I would also recommend romaine lettuce for your sandwiches. You should give bigger slices of cake, like they give at the restaurants. ???? The owner seems a little stressed but I like him, handsome too! You can see how much he cares about his business and just wants everything to be perfect, understandable. I would definitely check this place out!”
“Birthday Cake reservation was cancelled & I called Angela from Stater Bros at 8pm on a Monday night. Bakery dept is closed at this point but I came in, got the cake my daughter wanted and she was able to do the writing. She made it so smooth and easy. Im not sure if she’s a manager but she definitely should be, thats customer satisfaction at its absolute best. To be told over the phone “Dont worry we’ll figure it out” and she figured it out. God sent individual. God bless her, shes definitely a key player for this team.”

12906 Pomerado Rd, Poway“Pw is my go to place whenever I need alcohol, soda, chips, etc. They are conveniently located and everyone who works there is super friendly and there are good vibes all around. They can have a good truck at times in the parking lot so parking can be tight from time to time but that is a small price to pay considering the friendly service that you receive and being able to support a local business. My only regret is that I haven't tried to food truck yet but I definitely will in the coming week(s)!”

It's close to a lot of other cool businesses and my favorite part about this store is the customer service. There was a young man who rang up my items and he was so nice. “I like shopping Stater Brothers. It's clean, well lit, well organized, well stocked. The produce is consistently plentiful and high quality. Nicholas has always been most helpful in that department. One suggestion I would like to make is that there is entirely way too much conversation going on between employees. Especially the courtesy clerks who bag the groceries. They discuss a wide range of topics such as movies, video games, partying, breaks, shifts, when the got there, when they're leaving, how long they have or have had to work, more partying, hie much they hate working at Stater Brothers. It's inappropriate and completely unprofessional and I feel so uncomfortable hearing these convos. I'm not eavesdropping, they're saying this at the checkout while I'm standing there. Where am I supposed to go to get away from it? When they get carts from the parking lot they usually do it with their phones in their hands. And they're super rude too. They need more training and better supervision. I've addressed it with the manager but there is never any improvement. Oh well, I think I'm too old school and need to just accept that Stater Brothers knows customers are going to come in regardless so why should they bother expecting their employees to deliver basic courtesy.”
