Shawn was very communicative even during a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and was able to complete a print job of 50 postcards by Monday at a very reasonable price. I love looking at the postcards he printed out for me and it makes my side business/hobby seem much more professional and organized now :)

I have used Print Professionals printing services for the past four years (business cards, marketing materials, posters, programs for sports banquets, booklets for classes, etc). Shawn, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. His turnaround time is fast. He takes the time to help you make your project the best it can be. He offers suggestions for layout, graphics, paper choices, etc. His prices are very competitive, because his work is done from his home print shop. He delivers the work to a pickup location in Poway. I highly recommend Shawn at Print Professionals.

I came across Shawn’s print shop after a larger company had not been able to fulfill my order and put me in a time crunch. After one call to Shawn, he quickly responded to my project and the final product was better than I had hoped and delivered in a quicker turn around time than I expected. Shawn’s expertise found a flaw in my file that would have gone unnoticed by most but he refused to print a sub-par product. I would highly recommend this print shop and will absolutely use Shawn again in the future.

We have used Print Professionals for our Christmas letters for several years. We put pictures on one side of the page and text on the other. The colors come out perfectly, and the text is crisp on every copy. We highly recommend Shawn for any job!

I am an editor of an in-house monthly newsletter for a small community. This company understands our needs, gives us a wonderful price, that only changes as the cost of materials goes up. They pick-up our originals and usually delivers the completed work the next day. Can't beat the service.

No one seems to do pads these days until I spoke with Shawn Davis at “Print Professionals”. Shawn said he could, and he did. Loved his “can do” attitude. I liked dealing with the owner. Shawn not only offers high quality printing and really affordable prices, he goes the extra mile to ensure your materials are perfect. He would call me and say things like, "this piece doesn't look quite right, let's try "this for a better outcome." His prices beat everyone else's I tried, and his turnaround time is incredible. Highly recommended.

I have been using JRC for over 10 years and travel 20 minutes past other copy centers because they are so worth it. JRC charges far less for color copying than other places AND their colors are actually what they should be (unlike at a big name copy place that tried and tried but failed to get my colors right and charged 3x more than JRC). Their customer service is also far superior. I can't tell you how many times they have gone above and beyond, helping me with a major project like school yearbooks by fixing problems with multiple pages of the file, helping me figure out the best paper to use for our Christmas programs, working after hours to print a big project in time for my deadline, etc. Even just last week, I came in a few minutes before closing on Friday with copying I wanted done on the spot (my fault for getting there so late), and instead of rushing me out the door when it turned 4:30, Shawn made sure my needs were taken care of and didn't make me feel like I was annoying him for coming in so last minute. When I tried to thank him profusely, he just said, "You're family!" They even took amazing care of a friend of mine who had only used them once before. She was trying to print color pages for a school project and thought she'd save time by going to her local print shop (she lives in San Marcos). She told me that the prints came out terribly and that she had paid way more for them than at JRC. I told her to just call Larre and see what he could do (even though the deadline to turn in her pages was like that day and she couldn't get to the shop in Poway in time). Larre had her email the file, figured out a way for her to pick up her prints after the store closed, and even gave her an incredible discount because he knew she had already lost out money on the bad prints from the other place. Now that really is treating others like family! I love JRC and highly recommend them! (And no, I am totally not related to anyone who works here or know them outside of the store. But they really do make me feel at home. :)
