Why am I attracted to all the little objects here at Joann's? It must be a primeval urge for women to gather shiny things! Haha! The fabric is so thin! I understand that they are there to make money but it's upsetting that we can buy clothing at a considerably lower price than buying fabric and sewing. It's just too bad. The people who work here are very nice and helpful and I appreciate the great service. Great selection, poor quality and fantastic service.

Very rude experience with the Manager, I believe whose name is Lynn. It was noticeable that she was a manager with how she was directing or bossing people around at the register while waiting at the check out. As she directed the cashiers to take the pick up bags to the curb I asked her if she worked there. Her response was so terribly rude. She barely turned her head and stated she was on her lunch break. It was obvious she could not be bothered, even as she waited for the cashiers to come back in to allow her to purchase something , and while she stood there doing nothing anyways. I only wanted to ask what aisle I could find the frames. I guess it is okay to be rude when you are off the clock or on a lunch break. Lucky one star for the woman who came back and offered ti help me and to the cashier Rocky for being polite and helpful.

Terrible service. One or two employees working the entire store. If you have a simple question you have to take a number and wait in line. I ended up waiting in line three times: once to ask a question, another to get a price on an unpriced merchandise and finally to get my fabric cut. Not to mention how dirty and disorganized the store is. They don't even deserve the one star.

Very large and well stocked location. I spent twice as long as planned, just walking the aisles and assessing stock fabrics. Lots of sale items. Things marked well. Essentially all the fabric and craft supplies you'd need. Staff are close at hand and know their stuff. Parking ample.

Terrible online ordering pick upIn store process. I placed an order part of my order was cancelled and charged for! The other part of my order was marked as “picked up” which I never did and was charged for as well. Called the store to resolve this matter expecting a refund for an order that was never fulfilled. They said I had to actually go to the store in person to get a refund, to fix their mistake. The store is 40 minutes away. Terrible customer service at Poway’s Joann.

Ladies at the cutting counter are so rude. Friendly voice and and a smile would go long way. I have never been at the store before and didn't know I had to take a number. The older lady yelled at me like I was a criminal. Ugh a little kindness please.

Convenient for all my sewing needs. It has a bit of everything and the coupons really help. They rotate their sales every week so it pays to check in often. The are just not big enough to carry a large variety of natural materials, silks, denims, heavy wools, natural dies. They do carry a little bit of everything for everyone’s needs.

I came in looking for an item, which the site said was in stock. The staff refused to check in the back for me, and said if it wasn't on the shelf, they didn't have it. So I just opened my phone and placed a mobile pickup order for the same items at the same store. It was ready an hour later. Ridiculously poor service.
