“Very large and well stocked location. I spent twice as long as planned, just walking the aisles and assessing stock fabrics. Lots of sale items. Things marked well. Essentially all the fabric and craft supplies you'd need. Staff are close at hand and know their stuff. Parking ample.”

“I love the huge inventory at this HomeGoods store! I made out like a bandit with all kinds of cute Hello Kitty mugs and Mikasa plates. They're ready for Easter and have all kinds of Easter decor on display. I got a few cute bunny figurines to add to my collection. The store was very clean and organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be back more frequently to find more great deals!”

“In a time when good customer service is becoming rare, I was delighted to recently do business with the Back Store. While my purchase was modest (replacement battery packs for recliners), I received prompt, courteous and efficient service. My initial contact was with Denis, who took my information and promised I would hear from Orlis. Orlis soon called, finalized the order, and I received an invoice and shipping notice w/tracking via email.The batteries arrived in a couple of days. “Update- The "manager" (I thought) in my previous review is actually the supervisor and her name is Angie. Although, she wasn't helpful (I haven't forgotten her rude customer service).. But I am changing my review to reflect the entire store (overall) and not just my one experience with Angie. I do still like going to this ROSS because I've been helped by other workers who were kind & helpful. I also like how open it is and fairly organized.”
“This is a large store that is currently stocked full of everything Christmas (and a small section of Chanukah items), all made by hand! From Christmas ornaments, candles, Santa wish lists, wood tables, giant, outside Christmas lights and statues, they have everything for the holidays. Lots of employees inside, and Christmas music playing to get you really into the spirit. This is more than a store...it's a experience!”
