DO NOT send ONLINE PRINT ORDERS HERE (but maybe that's what they want so they have less to do). I picked up my online print order and it was EXTREMELY FADED. When I brought it back for a reprint, I was told that the printers are old and out of date, and they used CC4 cardstock instead of the CC2 Glossy -- and that's the best its going to print out. I was also told that there are NO REFUNDS ON ONLINE ORDERS. And that's it. What?!I normally deal with the Fed Ex in Mira Mesa, so I went there to see if they can fix this. I've rarely had any problems with online print orders -- but that may be because I always go to the one in Mira Mesa. So, just this once I went to the one in Poway because it closed at 8:00pm instead of 7:00pm. BIG BIG MISTAKE.FEDEX -- if your reading this, your company needs to send several SECRET SHOPPERS with ONLINE ORDERS to the one in POWAY.

When our wedding place cards did not survive the flight to San Diego, we turned to this print shop for help. The manager and staff went above and beyond to help us get professional, elegant, and high quality replacements done. The end result looked as good if not better than the originals. Highly recommend and hope to return for other work.

I have used this location for years, and it has always been consistently inconsistent with service standards. Today was the absolute worst treatment I have ever received at this store. I was attempting to make color copies, as I do every year, and the copies were not coming out as clear as they had in the past. I was concerned that something may have been wrong with the machine, so I stopped my copies and went to the front desk. I laid out the papers and waited several minutes to be acknowledged - and then I was treated like an inconvenience. I explained the issue, and the woman "helping" me very curtly remarked that I was going to have these issues if I used the process I tried. She did not offer another process, she did not offer any guidance. She walked away to go back to her computer (away from the counter I was at) and I was feeling overwhelmed and upset that I could not get what I needed - but instead of focusing on the disappointment, I asked for help getting a sign printed. A Google search said they did signs same day, so when she told me "we don't do that here" I was confused. I mentioned the website and she said they have to send everything to LA and it would be 48 hours minimum to receive it. Again, she was over at the computer, acting like I was inconveniencing her. I realized that not only was she not going to help me, but neither were any of the other employees - and there were several that easily could have come over to me. I am very disappointed and hope the behavior of the employees there is addressed and given some much-needed customer service training.

I went to kinkos yesterday to print an important document that I needed to laminate. I went to the front desk and the lady at the front helped me (I'm so sad I can't remember her name or else I would ask for her again!). She was so kind and helpful. Printed my document on a thicker better quality paper and laminated it for me. She also suggested to print it on a waterproof paper and I did that as well. Top quality product. It looked very professional and I would absolutely go back again. It was an amazing price very affordable. The customer service was above and beyond!!! Will recommend!!! I will do all of my business here you made a loyal customer for life. 5 stars

One of the worst... if not THE WORST place I have been to and experience horrible customer service. Multiple occasions I have gone there and every worker acts like they are to busy to help you. When they finally ready to help you they give generic directions in a rush (very fast for you to understand, like you have done this before) point somewhere and rush back to conversations with their co workers. COVID and lack of workers was clearly not a problem. Taking a few minutes to explain to a customer the process was just to big of a burden to them. I will forever take my business elsewhere.

They charge an exorbitant fee for Scans and the service didn't even work and then they neglected to tell me there was no guarantee on the overnight service that I paid over $50 for. Terrible. I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

If you like your personal data farmed by large corporations and attitude from a flunkie manager that probably lives with his mom, this is the place for you! No thanks. UPS all the way, even USPS does a better job!

Wonderful service! I came in to make a birthday present for my sister, printing out a photo from my phone and cutting it to size. Edgar was patient and a true creative partner for me, making it fun and easy! Everybody here is always very friendly. Highly recommend.

I am a pastor whose primer went down today and we are having a large funeral tomorrow. We could not print so we went to this location to print the programs. Kind of an emergency. We were asking to have 100 8.5 x 11, double sided copies done. We were first told that we can do that for you. Then the manager came up and said no and said the earliest they could do the job was by 3:45 the following day and that there would be a rush job fee. Well that did me no good as the funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Thank God that Edgar was there to walk me through the process at the do it yourself copier. The manager would not give in for this small job. I also brought my own paper and was given no credit for that. I will not be using this location again. Customer service, except for the associate Edgar, was horrible. There was only two other people in the location with only one job being printed. I needed help and the manager was not willing to even try. Very disappointed.

This is for Poway store. Fantastic service from a great team there. Edgar helped us right away ship a package, and he took care of everything. Clean shop and everyone was friendly ( as i heard other customers receiving similar services). Hands-free door open/close also!!
